Do you charge for parking

Yes, in season there is a charge for parking, it can be pretty high. I seem to remember it being as high as $20. The price can vary according to the day of the week, the weather, the size of the crowd, the time of day.
We are considering a beach like this because Hampton Beach is getting way too crowded and difficult to find a parking spot. Is this beach very rocky? How about seaweed? Also, does most of the beach disappear at high tide? How does it compare to Jenness Beach State Park and would you recommend one over the other? Or are both good? Sorry for all the questions but I like to research a place before I go. Thanks!

It's the best beach on the New Hampshire Seacoast! There are rocks off shore at low tide but it's all sand at high tide. There is parking along Route 1 as well as a large parking lot at he state beach and public access at the end of Wallis Road. Sea weed can be a problem after a storm but the town will remove it from the public beach.
