Great course. A lot of fun. The staff were exceptional. Lakes course looked amazing. Desert course was great. Could tell it was winter but took nothing away from our trip. Thanks so much

Local rate, but out of towner rate not bad compared to most of the Vegas rip off courses for tourist. Range in good shape. Course was in average shape; you could still see signs of fall aeration and the greens were a little hairy. I can live with that in that my second shots held the greens and sometimes backed up. Wished people would do a better job of fixing their divots. Traps were hard with little sand; you could pick the ball out of them, though. Downside...For a nice place, carts needed washing, no ball washers (and no wet towels handed out with cart, and the course is very susceptible to the wind. If it is blowing 10 in Vegas, may want to pick another day for the Desert Course. Great value for locals. Nice bar and restaurant. Good cart girl visits.

We play this course every year when we make our annual guys trip. We played this course late October. They seem to be letting this go a little. Carts are old. Lots of weeds in the fairways. This is no longer a prime golf course.

We have played Primm Valley a few times, but usually in the fall or early winter after the fall over-seeding has filled in. This was the first time we have played here in the spring (May 10th) and the condition of the course was very good to excellent. No complaints with the fairways and greens, and they have newly added sand to the bunkers. The Desert course has a nice open feel and pleasant desert views. It is more challenging than the Lakes course and demands longer, more accurate drives. The Lakes course's fairways are sculpted to redirect errant golf balls back to the center of each fairway. We prefer the Desert course over the Lakes course.

I played the Lakes Course a while back and tried out the Desert Course this time around. I got hooked up with a threesome and enjoyed my day. Primm Valley is a short ride from Vegas so it was no big deal. The course was good etc., nothing wrong with it whatsoever but if I recall correctly I think I liked the Lakes Course better. I would definitely return as the course is nice; service is good and a nice little drive from Vegas. I got a good deal on Golf Now.

I had heard good things about this course...the best part was almost stepping on a tarantula, course was in rough shape... felt like a $50 course... I guess it would be good value if you are going golfing on a budget.

Really like this course - feeling of openness yet there are a few trees for shade. Typical Tom Fazio course with lots of sculptured bunkers and fairways - TF made great use of desert waste areas on a number of holes (particularly #s 6, 7, 13 and 14). Friendly staff and good rates if you are staying at Primm Resort (no question Primm Valley property is much better than Buffalo Bills or Whiskey Petes!). Both courses are usually in good shape and this time was no exception. Lakes course is a bit more popular and usually gets a higher green fee but if you play later in the day I believe the rates are pretty much the same. Great veranda outside the clubhouse for breakfast or lunch with great views of the desert and the green golf course in the foreground with signature Fazio waterworks on display.

Surprised at this course...nice conditions and water on the cart...we needed it due to warm weather. Want to go back and play again. Watch for specials to play here....

The Primm Valley Golf Club - Desert Course, is another very nice course - you won't be sorry if you golf at either course - the desert or the lake course. Great Customer Service - friendly. If you like to golf, you really will enjoy this.
