If you are in the area it is worth the stop to check out the view. A fairly easy 1m (round-trip) hike will get you to the overlook.

Easy walk to the top of the hill which is the start of Spirit Falls. This falls cascades all the way down for quite a distance. Wonderful walk and very good exercise if you go down the trail by the falls.

A pretty short hike in all with a great view! If it weren't for the bugs in June it would have been perfect. Would definitely return in the Fall, I'm sure the colors are amazing!!!
