The best in Manila. The service and staff are excellent. They even gave me a birthday cake during my celebration of my birthday. Overall highly recommended

We booked directly. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed this year. The room was very lovely and smells nice. Food was good. Pool is not crowded ,staff was always accomodating and polite.kids enjoyed swimming everyday . We’ll probably be staying here again on our next trip .

I stayed for one night before my return flight to Australia. I had a great stay and experience. Customer service was way up there, theyve look after me from check in to check out. The venue has many things to offer from shopping to drinking and dining and food selection were exceptional.

Everything was very satisfying. My second time to choose this Hotel thou very pricey but no regret @ all. From registration, staff, breakfast buffet, Room, over all service excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. My sister was very happy.

The hotel is luxurious, great value for money. The only issue is, during our breakfast there is an insect in the yougart bottle, luckily my wife saw it before my daughter eat it.

Booked an overnight stay since we also had an event at Solaire. Was surprised to get a room upgrade, and was also able to check in before 2PM! Really appreciate the staff - from the valet, security, front desk, and housekeeping. They were all very approachable and mindful, even offered things I wasn't aware of (e.g. free valet for guests who check-in).
I'm really amazed by the excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Can anyone advise of their experience staying in the Grand Suite and how the venue stacks up against other hotels around?

I dont think they do. What you can do is take the free shuttle to MOA then take the free shuttle from MOA to city of dreams where dream play is. But with traffic and the waiting time, this could take forever. A cab ride should be very cheap. No more than Php 50 ($1). And that should take you 5 mins.
