BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Ring stone is different after resizing ring!

Bought a pendant and ring with an over 1 carat tanzanite. They had to resize the ring. So we returned after lunch to pick it up trusting this place. Later, when we examined the ring and pendant stones together we see a complete different quality on the brilliancy and colors of both stones. I sent an email questioning that and they tried to tell me something else and ignored any emails afterwards. No responsibility and they do not care!!! I would NOT Recommend this place to ANYONE especially a tourist as they know the person would leave the country and would not notice any changes on stones.

Excellent planning and execution - Namibian safari

We had an unbelievably wonderful trip to Namibia and Victoria Falls with Jewel of Africa. We decided to go on a whim, and did not know much about Namibia. We had several phone conversations with Neil DeJonge, one of the owners of Jewel of Africa, and he planned an excellent itinerary with us. He was very flexible, modified the plans to meet all our requests, and answered all our questions and concerns. We were very fortunate that he was able to be our tour guide and driver while we were in Namibia.

Highlights included
- Walking with cheetahs in Windhoek
- The Shipwreck lodge on the Skeleton Coast
- Sundowners after each of our evening game drives
- Seeing the endangered BlackRhino. Neil is an excellent sighter.
- hHearing the lions roaring at night, and seeing elephants close up from the hide at the water hole while staying at the in Etosha Heights Safarihoek Lodge
- Hiking Big Daddy in Sossusvlei

Neil has a great sense of humor, was very patient (answering the same question multiple times!), was flexible with our requests, easy to get along with and took very good care of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Jewel of Africa for anyone planning a trip to Africa.

interessante negozio al 1° piano di un edificio dove si vendono gioielli in diamanti e pietre preziose di incredibile fattura e purezza. E' parte del gruppo De Beers. Prezzi ottimi e interessante spiegazione di come si estraggono e tagliano i diamanti. Merita molto.

Alucinante! Atención increíble!Diseños de lujo!

EXCELENTE! Desde el primer momento la atención fue Increíble. mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Pasamos 3 horas en la tienda viendo todas las maravillas que tienen para ofrecer. Durante todo el tiempo nunca presionaron, tuvieron mucha paciencia y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. diamantes, tanzanitas y otras piedras de Lujo! Sobre todo salimos encantados con la atención y el trato de Jutta y Providence con quienes estuvimos desde el primer momento!!! Yo compre algunas Joyas y ellas se encargaron de todo! tuvieron la tienda abierta una giras más solo para ayudarme a elegir lo que necesitaba! WOWWWW! Cinco estrellas! Cinco diamantes!

Wonderful Service second to none!

My daughter and I visited Jewel Africa on a Friday afternoon. We both saw something we wanted to purchase. My daughter chose a ring but it was too big. We were leaving Cape Town on the Monday afternoon. The ring was ready on the Monday morning cut to size. I wanted to purchase a Salvation cross made by a local artist. The shop had sold the last one. We were returning from safari on the Thursday to spend one night in Cape Town. Not only had the shop contacted the artist and had another one made but delivered the cross to our hotel on the Thursday evening! Vanessa Bird you are a star!! We have never had service like it. I would recommend Jewel Africa to anyone.

Wonderful Jewellers

We like to bring some jewellery home from countries we visit and Jewel Africa was recommended to us. A car was sent to our hotel to collect us and take us to Jewel Africa for a wonderful experience. We were looked after by Vanessa Bird who was very knowledgeable, we never felt pressured into buying anything, but of course we did. She also recommended a diamond and setting for an engagement ring which our son had asked us to look at. On returning to our hotel we had numerous phone calls with our son which resulted in another visit to Vanessa to purchase the diamond engagement ring which I am pleased to say was loved by everyone.

i would highly recommend visiting here if you are looking for jewels. I also took the diamond tour which was very informative. The staff were so helpful too.

Another great experience with Ingrid from Jewel Africa

If you are looking for great service, warm hospitality and a trustworthy place to buy, repair, clean or just enjoy the jewellery this is the place to go in South Africa!
This was our second visit, we are based in Singapore and will only buy diamonds from Jewel Africa. It was Ingrid Stoutz who sold us our first diamond and left us feeling so cared for that we have come back again and will do so in the future. Thank you again Ingrid, we love the rings.
