Absolutely blown away with Nicole and team!!
Such a Wonderful & Exciting Gemstone /Jewellery Experience at The Diamond Gallery.
I designed a tanzanite and diamond ring at the gallery and what arrived far exceeded my expectations… no extra taxes to pay, brilliant communication & fast shipping to the UK.” I am over the moon” is a total understatement.
My husband ordered a new wedding ring as his 35 year one had literally worn out….. again highly delighted!

I was introduced to Nicole through a friend of mine. I will forever be grateful that this introduction was made, through sending various images of what I thought my (now fiancé) would like, Nicole produced the most outstanding, exquisite ring that either of us could have imagined. The service was exceptional and the entire experience has already made me recommend the diamond gallery and their services to personal friends of mine, and I will continue to do so. Cant recommend enough. Thanks again Nicole.

Nicole you are a gem in your own right and you went out of your way to accommodate Karen and I, she now has an engagement ring that she absolutely adores and thank you for taking the time and patience to go through options helping her find that perfect ring. You also helped me picking out the perfect tanzanite Christmas gift for Karen and her daughter Cheyenne
I will most certainly be passing the word around while out and about in South Africa and abroad and be bringing clients from abroad and local when I am busy guiding tours. Thank you Nicole and The Diamond Gallery, you guys rock and definitely one gallery to find the perfect diamond

TDG's Nicole helped me just before and during South Africa's COVID lock down- first with plain gold bands and shortly thereafter with an engagement ring. The whole process took place via Whatsapp and telephone and I am astounded at the great recommendations Nicole made after just talking with me a few times! She understood the style I was looking for and was able to make recommendations that fit my budget and imagination. Her passion for what she does is contagious and she managed to make the process special even though we had to meet at creative venues during lock down so that I could get my rings in time! Her aftercare is also great- afterwards I could discuss the fit and look etc with her and she was as quick with questions or resizing after the rings were delivered as she was with her initial service. TDG is also very quick, once I confirmed the plans it only took a few days to make and deliver the final product. Thank you for a great experience Nicole and TDG!

I stumbled across TDG on Instagram after seeing a FB promo about South African tourism. Months later I bought some emerald huggie earrings from Nicole. Just to clarify I’ve never been to South Africa.
A delay with delivery was experienced (this was the freight company’s fault) but my items were received in a lovely black velvet box.
Nicole was very swift and responsive with her communications and customer service.

I bought some huggies for my daughter and myself and we are delighted with them. Prompt and efficient service, swift shipping and excellent quality .SA to France in just over a week and easy tracking of the parcel. Really happy with the whole experince and can not recommend them highly enough. Will certainly visit next time we are in Cape Town

I bought mini Huggies from the The Diamond Gallery and absolutely love them. They were delivered to my door in wonderful packaging. Nicole was very helpful and the whole experience was really lovely!

in 2018 I had my wedding band designed and made by the Diamond Gallery, I am was so impressed with their work that when I had an issue with my engagement band (not made by them) I took it to the diamond gallery to be fixed in December 2019. The problem that I faced was that I was only going to be in Cape Town for a few days over public holidays of NYE. I was very worried they would not be able to help me or get my ring back in time however Nicole opened her doors especially to help me and was able to do a rush order fix for my ring. My ring came back STUNNING they even polished it and buffed my other diamonds, the replacement diamond for the one that fell out was matched perfectly and I couldn't be happier! they even reset the other loose diamonds (must mention again this ring was originally made by another company). I wish I had my engagement ring made by them in the beginning as they really are the best in the business. I travel the world for work and really do I meet a company that is willing to go to the lengths and efforts that The Diamond Gallery has gone to, from communication before I arrived to the after service care and everything in-between!! I honestly rate them A+++
Than you so much Nicole for all your help and support with my diamond rings, they are so important to me and you took such good care of them!
I will be sure to buy my next ring from The Diamond Gallery!

We visited The Diamond Gallery as part of a vacation while in Capetown, and we were not disappointed. Nicole and her team were very professional, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home. Although we were a bit nervous to have the jewelry shipped to us overseas, since it was being custom made and would not be available prior to our departure, we were pleasantly surprised by how 'smooth' the whole process was. The shipment took only a few days, and the jewelry arrived looking more beautiful and elegant than we could have every imagined! On top of the great service and the quality/workmanship, the price was orders of magnitude more competitive than any other store we looked at!
I would definitely recommend Nicole and The Diamond Gallery to anyone looking to purchase jewelry, either in South Africa or abroad.
