Paseo a las termas

El lugar era muy lindo, con vistas hermosas y el agua muy rica, pero el lugar no estaba muy bien cuidado, con pañales y botellas tiradas y los baños eran demasiado sucios.

Beautiful view, shame about the rubbish

If you are charging a significant amount to visit then at least you should make sure that dirty nappies and old cans are collected and disposed of rather than lying around spoiling a beautiful location.

Una pesima opción, lamentablemente camino antes de llegar al recinto en pésimas condiciones y mal señalizado, personal del recinto restan de cero capacitacion y educación , baños insalubres, infraestructura paupérrima, sin duda $12.000 mil pesos por persona , es excesivo..!!

Então, fui na baixa temporada estava extremamente LOTADO, sem estruturas, sem água no banheiro… Foi legal ter ido ? Foi porque posso falar que fui, mas saibam da realidade

The Real Deal

Here's the real deal. You are driving way up into the dry hot volcanic Andes mountains. Under these circumstances the road is quite good. It is paved up until the entrance of the mining facility. On the other side of the mining facility it is a maintained, wide, level, well graded dirt road. Far less scary than many mountain roads I've driven. We did it in a little rental car without any problem.
The mineral hot springs are just Hot springs in their natural state. You're not going to a resort, and you're not going to find Disneyland up here. Bring what you need and enjoy the natural surroundings. I was quite surprised that they had flush toilets way up there. Bring a bathing suit and a towel and your own water. You can camp there too, but there is not a speck of shade or trees of any sort. It is very barren.
The pools range from hot to cool. The cool pool has the best mud. We went on a weekday. There were about 30 other people there with us coming and going. Everyone was friendly and enjoying a relaxing sock.
If you want coffee and a hot shower stay home.

La atención del personal es pésima, deberían capacitarlos para atender turistas, la infraestructura de baño mala las duchas no funcionan, no hay agua caliente.
El camino de acceso deplorable.
Lo único bueno son las pozas termales.

De termen aan het einde van de weg

Het is niet gemakkelijk om hier te komen - de laatste 10km is er geen asfaltweg meer, en zelfs in oktober lag er nog wel sneeuw her en der. Maar als je er bent is het lekker om er te baden.. van her ene bad naar het andere is wel even iets, omdat de wind er vrij hard waait en niet echt warm is. Faciliteiten zijn vrij rudimentair masr het werkt.

Un gran negocio para los dueños y pésima imagen turistica

Muy mala, el paisaje de montaña es precioso pero las instalaciones, son sucias y mal mantenidas. Es una pena, cobran $8000 por día y ni siquiera hay donde tomarse un café. Solo ganancia para los dueños y una vergüenza para chilenos y extranjeros que las visitan.
