這次來到Rizal Park（黎剎公園），我和40多年前最後一次看到它時一樣，充滿了敬畏之情，但作為一個國家的中心公園，我很懷疑它是否真的有被很好地管理和維護。這裏流浪漢橫行，無家可歸，簡直就是全國的恥辱。我們的政府，公園的管理員到底在做什麼?!難道是在幫助無家可歸的人?這個地區的博物館是免費的，十分乾淨整潔，工作人員高效而且非常有素質有禮貌。

這座綠色的公園裡有更多的紀念碑和雕像。甚至還能看到有噴泉的小湖。遺憾的是很多無家可歸人和乞丐也喜歡來公園。

開車，坐出租車或用Grab軟件乘車是遊客前往黎剎公園最便捷的方式，我還建議清晨或下午晚些時候去逛逛以避開馬尼拉的炎熱。参觀了黎剎紀念碑，這是菲律賓最受歡迎的標誌之一，會出現在汽車牌照上，賬單上等等，在遊玩馬尼拉或菲律賓時，必須要拍張黎剎紀念碑的照片。在西班牙馬德里，靠近地鐵Islas Filipinas站的地方有一個精確的副本，但略小一點的黎剎紀念碑。

公園很漂亮而且維護的很好。我們沒有在公園散步因為我們遊覽的那天太熱、太潮濕，不過我們步行去了主要的紀念碑。

When i go to Manila i don´t have a car - but there is a small parking lot Parallel road to United nations ave.
You could also park at the Manila Ocean Park - But I'm not sure. Best look in the city map

Just wanna ask if tomorrow sunday feb 01, 2015 ay may morning musical dancing fountain. I have read kc a blog na meron daw 6am and 6pm every tusday to sunday. The blog has no date so i dunno if it was updated. I also wanna ask if yung guided tiour na php 10.00 is dun na rin sa may entrance mismo babayaran? Thanks.
