Only having one day in Kyoto is a pretty tough situation, but we can reliably say that you definitely made the most of it by having one of our most popular guides, Shozo Saka, introduce you to our beautiful city! Indeed Shozo is so knowledgeable, we sometimes have him TEACH other guides how to learn their trade. Unfortunately, the best things in life are NOT free, but the value of an MK Guided Tour, especially with Shozo, will definitely prove itself to all discerning travellers :) Thanks again for your lovely review.

我們在京都，奈良和大阪與我們超棒的京都MK司機一起度過了三天。 但他不僅僅是一個非常安全的司機，把車保持得非常乾淨，他還非常友好，帶我們去熱門旅遊景點，照顧我們的殘疾女兒，幫她推輪椅，還知道殘疾人通道，他在幾天內成為了我們真正的朋友，並非常好地融入了我們的家庭。 我們非常享受這段時光，在大阪依依不舍，我們希望下次再見到他。 我們將下一次去日本旅行的計劃定在秋季，希望我們能和他一起安排另一次旅行。 給他最美好的問候並非常感謝這段美好時光。

We've already informed your driver (Hideyuki Kawahara) of your gracious report of his tour, and are very glad that Hideyuki's helping and warm spirit shone through on this tour. Like all of our drivers, his skills are developed to give people like you the best possible experience you can in Kyoto (and other places) and to hear that you are planning to come back in the Autumn and will hopefully experience his fantastic services again is the highest compliment he could be paid! 最近我們預定了一輛私人觀光車來帶我們遊覽京都。我們只需告訴工作人員想去哪裡，剩下的都可以都交給工作人員來處理了！服務棒極了。司機就如同導遊一般。他會在入口處放下我們，停好車之後，跑過來加入我們的旅行，為我們拍照，我們遊覽完畢之後再開車帶我們去下一站，開車過程中還會給我們講經過的景點！他還會在我們的旅遊景點之間有空的時候整理車內部，為車吸塵。我們絕對樂意把他推薦給大家！

Thank you so much for your "Excellent services" review, there is no better reward for us than having a happy customer giving us " the best guided tour ever" rating. Your driver and tour guide Dai will be overjoyed to read your comments, knowing how much you appreciate his service, his knowledge, and of course -- those restaurants he recommended for your lunch and dinner! Sorry for the late answer! If the wheelchair is a foldable type it's okay, but if not we are unable to offer space for it on the Shuttle. We also have private taxi options available.

Hi, thanks for your question. At normal times it costs 4,200 yen per person (for 2, 8,400 yen) but if you want to travel before 7am or after 10pm, it will cost 4,500 yen. I hope that answers your question. Please check our site if you have any other queries.

Hello,
I am going to Kyoto ALONE airport and I wanted to book a shared shuttle bus with other people, a taxi to Kyoto, Nakagayo-ku horikawa to ANA crowne plaza hotel 604-0055.
I looked on your website and wanted to double check here that it covers this area too.
Also wanted to confirm that its shared ride with other people as I will be arriving alone in Japan

Hi Elizabeth. Are you arriving at Kansai airport? The skygate shuttle from Kansai airport (and Itami/Osaka airport) definitely cover the ANA crowne plaza hotel area, don't worry :)

Hi Lily, Thanks for your question. We actually don't have normal taxis for 5 people, but if you book a private transfer or tour we have 5 seater vehicles available. The easiest way to book these is if you go to our website (search for mk taxi japan) and you will see the options and the quotation / reservation form.

This is for usual taxi hire, but if you would like a Chauffeur-guided tour, please check our website for an quotation form. ( search for mk taxi japan)
