In this place you mingle with locals. Jogging path , activities abound, there is even a drinking fountain. Filled during weekend. Expect fun and activities. Nice to laze away.

Il Legazpi Park è un rettangolo verde nel centro di Makati suddiviso in 3 aree:
- Washington SyCip Park: dedicato a SyCip
- Crane & Turtle Garden: giardino giapponese, dedicato ai Jap
- Active Park: area dedicata al fitness
Active Park è fisicamente separato dalle altre due aree da una strada.
Hanno da poco terminato un bel Jogging path.
C'è gente che corre, fa stretching, ed altri esercizi fisici.
Purtroppo, non fa per me, non ho più il fisico, e preferisco l'altra parte del parco, dove ci si rilassa.

This is a small average city park in Makati which isn't too impressive yet does the job of providing you with some shade from the sun and a few benches to sit and relax and have a cold drink.
I don't know why they call it "active" really.
Restroom costs a few pesos and there's a drinking fountain.

This place makes up for its tiny size for living up to its name. It is easy to get in action here as you are surrounded by many like-minded physical fitness aficionados sweating it all out after a long day or before getting started with the day. It is also to get competitive with other fellow runners.

The place recently underwent renovation but, the place is so bare and needs more trees or shaded area to attract more people especially in hot summer days to relax under.

マニラの夜は治安が悪く，あまり出歩かないのですが，Legazpi Active ParkとWasinton Parkは比較的治安が良いです。
ランニングや筋トレをしている人が多く，暗くなってもカップルや友人とおしゃべりしていて，公園内は照明もあるため極端に遅くなりすぎなければ問題ありません。
何度かランニングをしましたが，気持ちよかったです。

マニラでは貴重なきれいな公園です。
日中は暑いので朝や夕方に散策するのがよいかもしれません。
とはいえ、ただの公園なので、ホテルが近くてジョギングしたいとかでなければ、別に訪れなくてもよいかも。
