Farouk is a special person, we returned after 15 years and he remembered us... Farouk is a friend but also a very good trader and has the best carpets I have ever seen. Visiting his shop is an unforgettable experience.

We walked into Faruk's store, that was supplied with 1000's of beautiful carpets. He took the time to show many of them and explain about their details of which we ended up buying one of them and now have it in our home. We had a great conversation about many topics, enjoyed a coffee together, and left happy and satisfied with my purchase and meeting Faruk.

To Faruk, for his kindness and hospitality.
Met by chance while we were parking the motorbike!
He offered us an exceptional Lavazza coffee!
We will return to Italy with his beautiful memory of a good person and his wonderful carpet....which we willingly purchased even if we didn't have space with the motorbike.

Fantastic carpets! Faruk very kind and very helpful. I bought a carpet with beautiful colors and designs! It's really worth it, definitely go there!

We spent a lovely day with Faruk at his gallery. This is exactly the type of shop we were looking for, and we purchased several items. Faruk has an amazing selection of textiles, and he is extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase authentic rugs while in Turkey. Plus, it was a lot of fun! Faruk has a big heart!

Faruk has an incredible selection of rugs, and we ended up buying 4 rugs at a reasonable price. We were going to walk up to the castle but it started snowing so we thought we'd go look at rugs just until the snow stopped. When we walked in, Faruk offered us pizza and ayran (salty yogurt drink), before he even knew if we were serious about buying rugs. He was super friendly, without being pushy. We appreciated that. We took almost 3 hours choosing our rugs and he was patient and we didn't feel rushed. He invited us back for coffee the next day. We went, and it was just another example of the incredible Turkish hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend buying rugs from him. He's a great guy and will give you a fair deal.

We were visiting the shops one by one, looking for gifts, large and small, etc. and buying whatever fit our budget. We entered Gallery Faruk. The seller literally said why did you come? We went back without making any purchases.

I am delighted to have met Faruk and the super beautiful rugs I bought from him!
Faruk is someone very honest and kind. I recommend it 100%!!! I will visit your impressive gallery again and I won't be able to resist buying something from you again... ;)

We went to Faruk's shop and what an experience; Faruk speaks Italian perfectly, loves mocha and is obviously a connoisseur of carpets..
After preparing us a good coffee he explained to us what we need to know before buying a carpet. He didn't put any pressure on us.
He also suggested a shop in Turin.
Thanks Faruk, a piece of my heart remained in Uchisar.
