This mall is huge! If you can't find what you are looking for by coming here then you probably don't need it. Also a great spot to get a couple mile walk indoors if weather is bad. Clean environment and it is nice to see a mall thriving when so many aren't. Very welcoming to our service dogs as well.

Since the pandemic ended the deals still are not great because everything is in short supply. There are some attractions here but for me I could have skipped it. Nothing going on right now.

Excellent gigantic outlet centre. Amazing stores with stores for everyone. Not only great stores but theatres, Aquarium plus so many more things to do. Walking distance from the Marriott that we stayed in. Real good anchors with deals to be had. A full day of good shopping.

Imperdível para quem estiver na região. Outlet com amplo estacionamento e diversidade de lojas com preços bastante competitivos. Chegando cêdo consegue-se desfrutar de lojas menos cheias.

There is a good variety of stores and restaurants located there with close parking and easy access to the ones you want to visit.

Um espaço imenso com diversas de lojas e locais para visitar para nós brasileiros sofridos kkkk...
Boas promoções e diversos itens e marcas como Adidas, Niki, Game Stop, Puma Cabela´s que é uma loja de itens de caça e pesca enorme e pode ir preparado para andar pois é grande e o local fechado onde você está livre de frio ou calor

Our family has been shopping here for at least 10 years. Back to school, Christmas shopping or just dropping in for good deals. We usually make 3 or 4 cross border trips a year, until COVID. This month the border opened for us Canadians to cross over into the US. It wasn't the same. There was no lineup at the border. Didn't see a single Ontario license plate over 3 days. As for Great Lakes Crossings, stores weren't as busy as expected in December. We still found a lot of deals and will definitely return.

So many dam stores here. They have everything and plenty of food choices. Legoland and sealife are in here. It just goes around and around. I mean you can go to the maxx Marshall’s or Michael kors and Nike. Definitely takes a whole day here. I enjoyed it and so did the kids

Ce mall est particulier avec le cinema dedans et tout bois qu’il y a. Comme s’il y avait une partie à l’ancienne et la partie plus moderne. J’ai galère à retrouver ou j’étais garé. En revanche ça fait plaisir de trouver de bonne affaires chez ralph Lauren et Hilfiger. Après il est propre et les vendeurs des nombreuses boutiques visités sont agréable, poli et souriant.
J’y reviendrai après la pandémie bien sur...

For time we all in now, this place is so nice and clean .NOT all store or open .but it clean and it safe .I give credit to manger and staff here keep up the good work..

I've heard a story about homeless people asking for money at the mall and then yelling when they don't get it. Is there any truth to this? Or is it BS?

I would definitely say BS having being there at least 10 times over 4 years. Personal security is never an issue for me whenever I visit.

We normally shop across the border, Buffalo (I'm in Toronto), and would like to know if Great Lakes Crossing outlets would be a good alternative? Is it safe? Where is the best place to stay, how many days would we need for shopping (2,3, 4)? Thanks!

Is there any way to go by public transportation from Detroit city during weekends?

Hi, there is public transportation in the Detroit on the weekend but it is not convenient. You would need to connect to the 450 SMART bus to go from Detroit to Pontiac and then another bus to go to Auburn Hills where the mall is located.
I recommend you to rent a car.

First time going to this mall. Where is a nice place to stay nearby for a couple nights. Three sisters going for a mini trip away for a 60th birthday. We plan to shop here and also a day at Frankenmuth.

If you want to stay near Great Lakes Crossing there are two or three hotels right on site. I believe one of them is the Holiday Inn Express. The mall is located at I75 and Baldwin Rd. so if you choose to stay there, I think you could easily do the mall in one day. Frankenmuth is north on 75, maybe an hour or so drive from the mall. (very easy to get to.) Frankenmuth is a very quaint German town with lots of German culture stores and restaurants. It is also located right by Birch Run Outlet Shopping Center, which is a great place to shop too. Frankenmuth has many nice motels, a fabulous Christmas store. Whatever you decide to do I'm sure you will have a wonderful time and hope that our Michigan weather will show you it's best side!!
