Our driver was on time, the car was immaculate and we had an amazing day, we worked on our schedule it was very relaxing. If you prefer not to be with large tour groups waiting around for everyone all day I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent service. From the very attentive driver, punctuality and the staff! I had forgotten my sunglasses and case in the taxi and after a brief exchange with the staff, the glasses were sent to me by courier (of course against payment of the corresponding costs)! Great, fast and uncomplicated service! Thank you!👍

Taxi Mundo has helped my team a lot by providing us with airport transfer and hourly rental services during our business trip in Arequipa. Our special requests were also duly accommodated. I would recommend them to visitors who require transportation services in Arequipa.

The team is extremely available, Julio the coordinator is very responsive and professional, The two drivers assigned to us, Gisella for the Airport - Arequipa center transfer and Gregory for Arequipa - Puno are both excellent drivers, friendly, punctual and very friendly and courteous., safe driving and top-notch vehicles.

The booking via Whatsapp was seamless. I booked a 3-day private transfer from Arequipa to Colca Valley to Puno. Our driver Gregorio is always patient with a smile and arrived on time. He drives safely. I highly recommend Taxi Mundo.

We contacted Taxi Mundo for a private ride from Arequipa to Colca to Puno. The car was comfortable and the driver Julio very experienced and available to our request and change in plans.

The car is comfortable and the driver and guide professional. We use them for the transportation and then a tour from arequipa to colca canyon (the tour is in the calca canyon). Would recommend.
Do know that they do not provide direct contact to the tour guide but you contact the 'dispatch' office using whatsapp. There is some confusion on payment but they sorted it out on their end and did not rush me in making the payment first day which I deeply appreciated.
