I had been to Israel 5 times before and had never visited this. I heard about it from the Jeruzalem movie. Our group made it an hour before it closed and loved it. Being in these caves makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but in reality you are just outside the Damascus Gate. Highly recommend!

When you find this site which is just outside the Damascus gate turn right and it is a very short walk to the entry, when you enter its amazing as you make you way under the city wall and under all the chaos above in the old city into a maze of caves,it's a good relief from the summer heat,it really is quite unexpected how far in it does reach, however the people overseeing this site are not taking care of its ascetic values there was a lot of graffiti inside which detracts from its heritage value, also they could make it more interesting with some interactive stations in locations for visitors to be more engaged and learn more about it.Sad that such a very historical site is not being given the status and care it deserves.

L'ingresso è circa 5 euro a persona.

Having been to Israel a number of times; we were looking for something new to explore. This definitely surprised us. The size and location of the cave is what really captivated us. We also enjoyed being able to take our time and explore without the crowds and it was a pleasant escape from the heat.
I will say, that if you decide to venture in, be sure to have on good walking shoes.

Large deep man made caves possibly used to build the second temple. If you like caves it is pretty much just seeing a giant hole and some tunnels. It is a lot bigger than I expected though and took maybe 20 to 30 to walk through. Somewhat interesting but not a priority to see. Private events can rent the space so hours can change and close. Not sure if I would pay for this site though if not included in the "nine attractions for 100 NIS" deal for many major sites that you can buy, just google for more info.

Is Zedekiah Cave open on Saturday? I am visiting in February. Thanks in advance

This can be tricky. As I recall it is supposed to be open Sunday to Thursday and Saturday but closed Fridays. Nevertheless, there have been times when I went during "opening hours" and it was closed. So, the answer is "yes" it is supposed to be open Saturday but don't be surprised if it is closed. If there is any tension or hint of trouble around Damascus Gate, the cave closes.

Is there parking? Or best to walk?

Probably your best bet is the enormous parking lot beside/behind the Palestinian Pottery shop on Nablus Rd. opposite the Legacy Hotel. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the parking lot to the cave straight down (walking south) along Nablus Rd. About halfway along this walk you really should pop in and see the beautiful Garden Tomb; entry is free.
