Easy to organise online for a group of 10 of us on to meet at the port of Laem Chabang as we were coming in on a cruise ship. We arrived early and tried to arrange an earlier pick but we were unable to. We had a bit a communication barrier with our driver but he still was a good driver and we felt safe. We arranged a pick up time but we were running a bit late, so we called and arranged a later pick up which was great.

I have used this company about a dozen or more times , both to and from Airport's in Bangkok. I've never had an issue , car has always been early , driver polite and knew where the hotels position was in my resort .

The advert for this company came up in a banner on the internet, and as was thinking of taking an ordinary taxi to Pattaya from Bangkok's Don Mueang Airport, I thought that I would explore this further. Email with this company was answered promptly and my confidence grew. In the event we were picked up in a very smart Toyota Fortuner and delivered to our hotel in Pattaya in style, and without a single problem. Four days later our pre-booked journey to Bangkok went equally as smoothly. I would certainly use this company again.
