Kleinere überschaubare Tempelanlage nahegelegen am Chao Phraya und einfach per Express Ferry (Pier 15) zu erreichen. Will man einen Wat ohne die üblichen Touristenströme in Ruhe geniessen bietet dieser Tempel sich sicherlich an. Kommend von Pier 15 kommt man auch noch an einem Strassenmarkt vorbei und falls man weiter zum Marmor Tempel geht auch an einem Blumenmarkt.

We went there for making a merit to my parents. I was surprised to see a very nice temple with good organization.
The temple has been well taken care of. We met one monk here. He was calm and kind. There was a parking area which was convenient for us to drive there.
This temple was by the Chaopraya river. You could enjoy the river view and there were plenty of fish. You could feed the fish too.
There were quite a few restaurants by the river here. I would recommend Steve cafe. The food and the service were good.

ด้วยพื้นที่ของวัดที่ติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา และมีสถาปัตยกรรมที่สวยงามมากมาย ทำให้วัดแห่งนี้เป็นที่ดึงดูดแก่นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ อีกทั้งมีพิพิธภัณฑ์ไม้สักทอง ภายในมีการรวมรวมประวัติความเป็นมาของพุทธศาสนา ลำดับพระสังฆราชตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน มีองค์ความรู้มากมาย

สถาปัตยกรรมที่งดงาม ทั้งในส่วนพระอุโบสถ มณฑปจตุรมุข ยังไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยวมาก พื้นที่ติดกับราชภัฎ มีกิจกรรมนักศึกษา มีศาลาติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ปล่อยปลา ให้อาหารได้

This is a quiet place not overrun with visitors. A great place to visit while in the area and accessible by ferry close by.

A little out of the way for most tourists, but worth seeking out. The ordination hall is gorgeous, with a big (11 ft. high) Buddha and some lovely murals. The nearby mondop is topped by a brilliant golden "steeple and the exterior is exceptionally pretty. Also in the same complex is the Golden Teak Museum.

ちょっとめずらしいかなと思ったのは、厨子の中に金ぴか立像があった点。ラッタナコシン王朝的立像、エレガントな仏像。高僧のたくさん並んだ金ぴかでない座像群が特徴かな。トイレはあり。交通の便はそんなに良くはなく、大通り近くまで歩いたが、タクシーは捕まえられた。この点トンブリ地区の寺院よりは交通はいい。
