I booked the “Regular Cabo Ledo Tour” tour with VIATOR. Reservation: 1124812323. First of all, they made a mistake in the location of my hotel. I made more than four phone calls and two emails to request more information and confirm that everything was correct and they had corrected the error. NOTHING AT ALL. Don't worry, nothing was happening. That they had contacted the local agent and everything was under control. I called the local agent more than ten times and NOT ONE called me or picked up the phone. Disappeared. Indeed, when the date of April 13 arrived, at six in the morning I was ready and so I stayed in Angola, stranded and with no alternative. Totally ruined and lost day. NOT AN EXPLANATION. Today they sent me an email in which they apologize for NOT HAVING ANSWERED MY EMAILS. Not because of bad management or because of the cancellation of the Tour but because of not answering the emails. How are they going to manage the disbursement of what was paid and compensation for damages?
