The staff were lovely and helpful. The animals were many and varied and generally interactive like the birds, goats, alpacas and quokkas. The snakes and dingoes and even the wombat of course didn’t really care that humans were visiting. We chose to buy some food for some to hand feed.

very limited animals, when I spoke with the staff, they appeared to be limited with their knowledge, needs more love to the place and more to see, was much better a year ago when we visited.

We’ve been to heaps of wildlife parks but this was a little different. It is located right in suburbia!
The kids had a wonderful time with heaps to do and see. We usually find the kangaroos are a highlight for feeding and interacting, as was the case here. The Roos were calm and gentle and got lots of cuddles.
Heaps of birds, some quokkas, Emus, goats, cockatoos, snakes, goannas etc.
The usual gift shops awaits as you exit. We don’t mind spending at these if it’s going toward a good cause.
Massive playgrounds just next door too.

Great to go in winter months as it is not busy so you can spend time walking through the aviaries and feeding animals, without too many people around.
There are several aviaries you can walk through where birds may land on your shoulder. Many Australian native animals, some have been rescued or ex-pets.
There is an farm animal area where you can feet sheep, goats, emus and pigs.
There is a reptile section with snakes and lizards.
A keeper talk is available at 11.30 daily, where they show snakes (pythons), blue tongue lizard, rats (that kids can hold), and ferrets that kids can walk on a leash. Following the keeper talk you can spend time interacting with the animals, and ask questions. There were 3-4 keeps available at the talk we attended.
At there end there is a gift shop & cafe.
We felt the park was well looked after and the animals had quite a bit of space in their enclosures. The animals didn’t appear unhappy or distressed and had plenty of natural food (including fruit and veggies) throughout their areas.
Overall it was a nice experience. We’ll return on the next trip.

A lovely park to walk around and see some native and farm animals. Heaps of shade, it has improved heaps in the last 10 months, will definitely go back to see more. Great staff to.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Meeting the barn owl was a life changing experience. Wonderful place. So impressed . Only little thing missed interacting with the roos as they were shut away from us this time

Visited Bunbury Wildlife Park with my 6 year old who had a wonderful time feeding parrots, cockatoos and farmyard friends. We were lucky enough to hold newly hatched chicks and later had hands on experiences with some cool reptiles. Keepers Chloe and Mike were so awesome sharing their knowledge with us and made the afternoon feel like a personal experience at the park. We had a lovely time at this great place and look forward to coming back. Thanks to everyone at Bunbury Wildlife Park for a wonderful experience and looking after our native wildlife.

A small park in Bunbury, a few kangaroos, a wombat, other marsupials, snakes and many native Australian birds where you can see 50% in nature in WA. I file this as supporting local business and educational for young children.

This is a delightful park with loads of different birds, dingo's, wombats & kangaroo's. Beautifully maintained. You can walk inside the bird enclosure and feed some of the birds. The gardens are well maintained and there is play equipment for the children. Delightful place for a walk on a sunny day.

We visited the wildlife park on a Friday afternoon at approximately 1:30. It was very quiet with 2 other small groups walking through the park and several families over in the playground (an area we didn't visit due to other interests)
I was visiting with my friend who transports in a wheelchair. It was our first visit. We had read that the park was accessible but many places claim that, yet, still come with many challenges.
From the car park, to the end of our adventure, it was, refreshingly, entirely accessible.
The staff were very welcoming and treated my friend, as she is more than deserving, as an equal. They, without being patronising, seemed to have a higher awareness of providing her with great service.
Tickets came to $19 for the 2 of us. 1 adult + 1 concession.
We purchased 2 bags of seeds @ $1:50 each.
I recommend seeds...It made us very popular with the animals.
All of the paths provided access to the entire park. They were wide, smooth and very clean.
Enclosures were spaced along the paths. There were signs giving you information about each animal and other signs on how to show respect for the animals while interacting with them.
All of the animals appeared happy and well cared for and, sincerely, their enclosures were emaculate.
There were three walk through opportunities.
2 with birds who were happy to approach us and sit on our arms, shoulders and heads. This provided lots of great photo opportunities.
The other walk through area was with the kangaroos who, the ones that came up to say Hello, were friendly and very gentle as they ate seeds from our flat palms.
There were plenty of well kept grassy and shady areas throughout the park.we found a lovely gazebo to sit and eat our picnic. Th gazebo had enough room to navigate the wheelchair and the end of picnic table was the perfect size to park the chair of my friend, meaning we could both sit comfortably together to enjoy our lunch.
We found hygiene was of high standard. Accessible Sanitizer throughout the park and hand washing areas.
Clean, tidy and ambulant Toilets available in the park as well as some very conveniently just outside for that last minute go or the rush to go on arrival.
Opportunities to purchase souvenirs were available at the exit/entry. They were fairly priced and the range provided something for all ages. We purchased a pretty teatowel which displayed an image of galahs $10 and a beautiful large stuffed toy parrot $16:95.
We really enjoyed our trip to Bunbury wildlife park. We will definitely return and highly recommended this venue as an outing for all ages and ability.

Unfortunately we don't have any Koala's. We focus predominantly on wildlife that is native to WA. We do have plenty of birds, farm animals and kangaroos you can interact with. Love to see you soon.

A couple of hours in the park is plenty! They have a lovely cafe & epic playground out thr front so could stay for some food & a play as well before going on your way.
