i went to Timezone Coolangatta this afternoon with my 2 little kids and i would just like to give a massive thank you to the work Zeke. He was extremely helpful and listen to all my stupid questions. As well as Ava she had a great personality and was super understanding when the boys were taking forever to choose their items. Also the massive variety of games they had all the kids enjoyed the whole experience! will be coming back next time we’re up

My favourite part of this place is the staff! Yea they go out of their way to help out any time they need. The prize shop has a great selection of prizes which is a great change, my 4 month old loves it.

Horrible, had many attractions left. My entire family plus 6 family friends had between 3-9 games left on red and 2 left on the prize games. Went to use them and said insufficient funds. This happened to once of us once already and a lady working fixed it for us as she could clearly see it wasn’t right. Happened to 4 of us again and went to the counter to sort it out and they’ve said we have used them all up although the one previous game said we had 3-9 left. Staff are absolutely horrible treated us like we were animals except for the one young lady. Was extremely disappointing considering we had paid nearly 400 for us all. I’ve had this problem at Coolangatta time zone a few times. Would 100% recommend going to surfers paradise time zone, may be a further trip but have never experienced this there. We pay enough money to not be ripping us off.

We are very dissappointed to hear that you have not thoroughly enjoyed your time with us and that you have found the service provided by the team to be somewhat lacking.
We have a mix of old and new team at the moment with a number just learning the ropes and I would personally like to apologise that this has affected your experience in our venue. Your feedback is very much appreciated as it allows us to identify an area where we need to provide extra training to the team so that they can better assist our Guests in the future.
Again, I am sorry that this has been your experience, we strive to provide an enviroment where the whole family can come, and laugh, have fun and create great memories.

Dissapointing service from the staff. The kids all had the 2 hour pass and I got the 60 minute pass as I did not want the attraction ticket. We all had a good time playing the games and getting as many reward tickets as we could win because that's what we do. I won a 560 ticket jackpot plus many other tickets from various games. The kids were wrapped with the amount of tickets we had gathered. When we checked the points, mine only showed 300 tickets. When I asked the lady at the counter why I had not received the jackpot etc she said it was because I bought the 60 minute card which does not entitle you to win extra tickets. At no time did she mention this to me when I bought my card. When my husband questioned it, he was told that they don't make the rules and they only work there. In other words tough luck. So we left with some dissapointed kids. Since its changed hands it is not as good as it use to be.

We are very sorry to hear that you have not thoroughly enjoyed your time & experience with us here at TimeZone in Coolangatta.
You are correct, when purchasing the half hour and hour packages, these time play packages are sold pre loaded with a nominated amount of tickets (200 & 300 respectively) and do not generate any additional tickets.
This information is displayed on all point of sale and promotional advertsing, however we are sorry to hear that this was not communicated to you at the time, that, and the response you have mentioned receiving from one of our Funsquad certainly does not reflect the level of service that we aim to provide here at TimeZone in Coolangatta.
Please be assured that your feedback is very important as it allows us the opportunity to continually improve returning and future Guest experience.

Enjoyed the ten pin bowling and was impressed with their strong Covid compliance measures. Unfortunately the lanes seemed to be about two thirds of the standard length.

A huge time zone with a lot of arcade games to play. There’s also bowling and laser tag. Hours of fun for all family members.

This machine is a joke it fore sure is set up to not give the prize in my case it seems they didn’t put enough power on it so you can do everything right but have the power to bring it to you....

I took my 12 year old stepson and 26 year old daughter here over the school holidays for something different to do we had the very best time lots of laughs and really affordable place to go we all enjoyed it

This is THE place to go to in Coolangatta! Great selection of ticket games and pinball. They're always getting the newest and greatest. The perfect place for kids to have fun or for a date.
