Great staff, convenient location, very helpful and service minded crew, quality equipment and they are very concious of the marine life, where to go and when!
Most of all, they are fun and professional which makes the diving such a pleasure and a great place to hang out!

I did my first ever dive at blue corner Nusa penida and highly suggest them and their diving instructor Cut. Cut was the best diving instructor I could have ever dreamed of! She stays so calm and is such a grounding presence, reminding you of your training and encouraging you to perform within your capabilities! Her knowledge of the reef and wildlife underwater is profound and it was exciting for her to share it with me. The staff ensure you’ll be well serviced and confident to dive with blue corner. I was blessed to encounter mana rays at mantis point and this remarkable experience will be a lifelong memory! Thankyou Cut! (And to Barrack for sheparding me once I got sea sick 🤮 ))

We were recommended this place by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. All of the staff were very lovely and helpful and the diving was brilliant - lots of mantas and a beautiful reef with hundreds of colourful fish. I would highly recommend a visit!

Blue Corner Dive is a small dive center, but has the incorruptible advantage of small groups on guided dive trips and individual wishes are more likely to be fulfilled. That was my experience, anyway. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful, very well organized and relaxed. The instructors are well versed and also happy to give their own tips for possible next dew destinations in Bali. I had my own diving equipment with me. But the rental equipment made a good impression on me, as far as I can tell; the bulldozers were in new condition. I had nice diving days with Blue Corner on Nusa Penida, enjoyed it and can only recommend Blue Corner. Anyway, I would always like to come back. Thank you!!!

I did some of the 'conservation diver' courses (EMP, turtle, Manta and Giant Clam Monitoring, coral taxonomy and restoration) with Cut as my teacher. It was amazing and I learned so much! Cut is not only kind and funny but has a vast knowledge as a marine biologist and did a great job in (patiently) teaching me all about the flora and fauna around Nusa Penida. I would highly recommend the conservation diver programm to anybody who wants to extend their general knowledge in marine biology (pre-knowledge is not mandatory).
Besides, Blue Corner is a great dive centre - loved the rest of the staff as well. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the amazing boat crew! These were definitely the best two weeks in my whole diving career.

We did two trips (4 dives) and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Our guides were great and the rental equipment was in good condition. 10/10 would dive here again

Absolutely amazing dive shop - super organised and all the gear is brand new. We had an amazing guide too (Mangus), he was very thorough and attentive. Would definitely dive with them again.

Being an advanced open water diver and diving hundreds around the world, including Nusa Penida earlier, I took my non diver friends to dive discover scuba with Blue Corner dive Nusa Penida and got utterly disappointed. I am wondering how did this center got such amazing reviews everywhere?!!
I had dived with Blue corner Lembongan earlier in 2022 and the experience was pretty good. But to my dismay, this time, Oct 2024 I experienced pathetic state of this dive center. The equipments were not of good quality - Torn wetsuit, broken mask, small fins (only) and NO EXTRAs of a any size (at least that's what they said)
Worst of all, behaviour of Dive guide. There was one guy named ET (?!) who started misbehaving with us the moment we arrived. During the pool session his behaviour and shouting to novice divers were something I hadn't experienced earlier anywhere in the world. I imagined discover scuba is designed by PADI in a way to motivate people towards going to the next level (which happened with me years back) but all my friends got so intimidated by the rudeness of the DC one of them didn't even go to the OW next day. I requested him to be polite multiple times as I couldn't tolerate the behaviour but with no luck. He was the most racist, impatient, impolite dive professional I have ever seen.
Also 1:2 guide:diver setup was messy and I could see my friends struggling underwater while the DG was also struggling to handle two divers clearly requiring diff profiles and weights being held by a rogue DG. It was messy, risky, unhappy experience for all of them.
I regret bringing my friends here wouldn't recommend this dive center to any divers ever. Their bad experience with discover scuba this time is all on me because I chose this dive shop and they trusted me because of my experience. Also so far I have been trusting the 5 star rating by PADI but now onwards that trust is also on a toss.
Shame on you for making this amazing sport a terrible experience to 5 non-divers.

Awesome experience and lovely staff. Went to some more secluded spots which was gorgeous and they provided us with a delicious lunch. 10/10 experience overall!

I’ll be staying in Jimbaran and would like to do two fun dives in Nusa Penida including at Manta point. Do I need to find my way there? Thanks

Hi there! Yes, you will need to be staying on the islands in order to dive here as it is a considerable distance from Jimberan. You won’t regret it as Nisa Penida is a stunning island with lots to offer both above and below the waves.

The diving all year round is great, the vis in february/march should be normal (between 15 and 30 mtrs). We have mantas here year round and as long as the sea conditions are ok we go there frequently to see them :)

Hi, I came to know that diving or snorkelling near the Buddha statue is not allowed/ closed now. Is this for a temporary period of time or permanently closed?

Hello, I will be staying in Sanur. Want to snorkel with Manta Rays.. have seen tours from main island. Wondering if it would be better to get to Nusa Penida on our own then go from there..
Do you offer snorkeling tour? Price?

Is Nusa Peninda a safe site for first time divers? My husband and i are visiting Bali for a week in mid-may and would like to get initiated in this sport.

Nusa Penida can have some challenging currents, but if you are inexperienced, that should not stop you diving there. Let the dive shop know, before you dive, and they will pick the staff and dive site for your level.
Blue corner has some very good, and experienced instructors.
