I have been here at several exhibitions and experienced this center as very modern and exciting. On the first floor of the art center is a shop and Kafé Nitja where you can take a coffee break. The interior in the center is carefully thought out, soft and elegant sofas where you can sit and relax with a book or PC. Design furniture and calm music create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Incredibly nice staff who answered all my questions about the art and history of the center. In addition, Nitja has modern digital solutions that allow you to follow all activities on both the website and Instagram account. Very nice price on entrance tickets.

Excited, only one room so perfect and man he 30 minutes and we see some art😊 often changes exhibition and very cheap for students

Nitja senter for samtidskunst er det tidligere Akershus kunstsenter. I 2021 åpnet det i nye lokaler i kulturkvartalet i Lillestrøm sentrum, 3 minutters gange fra togstasjonen (10 minutters togtur fra Oslo S). Senteret tilbyr aktiviteter for barn, har en kunstbutikk og en urban kafé i tillegg til spennende kunstutstillinger. Anbefaler årskort!!
