It took us about 35-40 minutes to reach the top and view is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend when you’re visiting Bray, the hometown of Ireland’s Katie Taylor 🥊

the views from the top are amazing - bray & it's promenade below, dublin in the distance, and the Irish Sea all around!
I read that this climb is moderate and not physically difficult but i would not agree at all - it's a straight vertical ascent up 241 meters - i logged 57 floors climbed! No, you don't need special climbing equipment, but i highly recommend shoes with good treads, and dress in layers with a windproof jacket. we climbed it in November on a sunny day, not too cold, but there are exposed areas - the top was very windy! - and the start of it was very wet, muddy, slippery. i highly recommend it but go prepared!

Me and my wife went here in August on the morning her 60th birthday! Absolutely stunning views when you get to the cross. It's not the easiest thing to get to but if you take it slow when you eventually get there it is well worth it. Amazing views over Bray and along the coast. In the distance you can see Dublin, and the Wicklow mountains look majestic. Would recommend walking boots or trainers and try and go on a dry clear day to make the most of it when you reach the top. There seems to be a steady flow of people going up and down to the cross so you should be ok to ask for directions if you think you may be a little lost! A fantastic experience that we both loved.

I decided to take the challenge of walking up Bray Head. It's moderate in terms of difficulty and can be slippery underfoot when it has been wet. However, views from Bray Head Cross at the top are stunning. There are several paths to choose from, and overall it takes about an hour each way to walk up and back down again.

Обязательно к посещению. Эту красоту словами не передать, на этой горе можно сидеть часами наблюдать за морем, облаками, летающими птицами, пасущих лошадей и коров…как люди гуляют по набережной.. конечно, лучше выбрать солнечную погоду, потому что ветер в Брее никто не отменял)

Bray Head is fantastic on a cold and sunny winters day. Very clear and great views. Recommended for all including family’s.

Easy peaceful and natural walk. I enjoy it most of all because my Grandma brought me there regularly as a child and I devoured candy floss on the walk! :)

Lovely walk from Bray to Greystones. Parts of it are quite steep but for the most part it’s very scenic just wear the correct footwear.

Just a lovely walk, went from Bray to Greystones and had a picnic in corn fields along the way. When Covid is over i would love to do it again and have lunch in the Happy Pear, that was missing from the experience.

Hi....we would like to walk this trail, but walk it from Greystones to Bray. That is, we want to park our rental car in Bray and get to Greystones via some form of transport (?train or bus-I'm not sure which is available/easiest?). Then from Greystones we would like to walk the trail back to Bray and back to our rental car. Is this possible? How long would this take? Thx.

Just hop on the dart, the station is located beside the sea front and it will take you straight to Greystones
