Wanted to buy something for the baby. Found something that obviously was already used - no discount granted. Looked for something else in the store but immediately we have been unpolitely told that the baby should not touch anything. We have been not been greeted nor has the baby got a smile or something else from the saleswoman. Unfriendly staff in a store for babies, unbelievable. Spent our money somewhere else. Poor service!!!

Très bons conseils pour un jouet cadeau pour notre petite fille de 4 mois. Boutique située au centre d’orvieto avec des articles très ludiques.

After buying the lampe projector, I found that the box is misleading as ot says you can project images on the wall and ceiling. True, if you keep the projector 5 cm from the wall or ceiling, otherwise it gets out of focus. The owner claimed she sells many and no one ever complained. She did not want to offer an alternative item and she claimed that I contact the manufacturer. She should contact the manufacturer, not the customer, as it is clearly a defective item. She did not want to lose €14. Well, she lost more than that as I am not going to buy anything else there and I am going to tell all of my guests (I am a tour guide) not to buy anything from the shop as the owners act in bad faith. Does it take much to learn the basics of customer care? Cheap attitude.

We wandered around Orvieto and browsed in the shops. We looked in this small shop. They had a some cute items for souvenirs.

This is a small shop just chock full of cute little treats to bring home for your grandchildren. I'm going to be the favorite this Christmas for sure! You'll love just looking around at things you've never seen before. Bring an extra suitcase, you'll need it. It's right on the main square so easy to find, hard to leave without buying something.

Negozio aperto di recente, con giocattoli particolari che stuzzicano l'ingegno, semplici passatempi di una volta e tanti simpatici articoli da regalo! Piccolo ma ben arredato, merce disposta con gusto per un piacevole colpo d'occhio. Oltre ai giochi si possono trovare agende e altri oggetti di cartoleria, un intero scaffale di piatti, bicchieri e tovaglioli di carta con originli fantasie. Meravigliose le sedie di cartone, originale idea per un arredamento alternativo. Molto cordiale la e simpatica la proprietaria, assolutamente da visitare!
