I really want to do this tour but I’m terrified. A lot of the photos have people free climbing.

My tour was cancelled due to weather. They never even emailed or called us. We were outside waiting for 1 hour and when no one showed up, we had our hotel receptionist call. She then told us that the guy on the phone seemed clueless and that tours were cancelled due to the weather. I have since then been trying to get my refund. But no one from the company ever replies to my emails. I just did a credit card dispute, because I ran out of options. Did anyone else have an issue with weather cancellations and the refund matter? This is so disorganized!

How can you accept prepayment still, when you are not allowed to take in new liabilities? You cancel tours and then holds on to customers money for what will be up to 1 year now, as the latest e-mail. Stop asking for upfront payments when you can't Pay them back when you cancel your own trips. Ridicoulous treatment of paying customers

Do you have any intention of refunding me my £1600 for a trip I cancelled FIVE months ago???????? I was entitled to a 90 percent refund within 8 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You ignore all my emails and have no intention do you?!!!! The amount of stress you are causing me and other customers is disgusting!!!!! Thinking you are clever by deleting all reviews on Facebook? When do you plan to give me my money back? I am waiting since March!!! (We are in August).... I had to cancel my trips due to the travel restrictions for COVID 19. Other companies (hotels and airlines) gave me the reimbursement automatically or give me very flexible options for the future. You told me that it was just follow your policies without any exceptions due to COVID 19. So you said I can only request 50% of my payment, it was very frustrating. Later, following again their policies I should have received my reimbursement within 30 days. I have been waiting since early March! So you follow your own policy of the 50% reimbursement without exceptions but you ask me to be flexible your policy of the 30-days.

My partner and I would like to do a glacier hike and ice wall climbing. Which glacier would you recommend as the best from a visible and climbing aspect? Location does not matter to us. And if you provide a tour for the best Glacier? I seen some statements online saying that Solheimajokull although close to Reykjavik looks somewhat dirty. Thanks in advance.
