We had a wonderful dive. Our daughter of 11 really enjoyed the dive as well. The instructor prepared all the gear and took good care of us during the dive

Excursion proposed on rubber dinghy with briefing and biologist, to be carried out in safe sea conditions.
Actually out with very rough sea conditions, without introductory briefing, on motorboat and not on rubber dinghy, no wax provided.
Return after one hour (planned excursion 2h and a half) by sea with high waves that caused the fall with injury of a participant.
Negative experiences for the modes of development, you need to be tied to the boat with both hands to not be thrown ashore.
So I recommend assessing the sea conditions yourself, not trusting their assurances on the feasibility of the exit.

Lisa the marine biologist and Norberto
The captain provided us with an educational and unforgettable experience. We felt very fortunate to have been able to participate on this trip. The boat was great and so were the snacks and service. Highly recommend this company.

We went on a whale watching trip. We were really lucky to see dolphins, sperm whales (including momma and calf), and a couple of blue whales. Amazing experience! Great team and good boat driving. There was a little rain shower so ensure to dress accordingly the weather is always colder out on the water. If you are prone to seasickness take tablets before hand. They provide wet weather gear and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

On the 30th, my husband and I went cetacean watching. Super responsible, Skipper and the sailor, Gabriela and Ivanoel, with the help of the shore observers, took us to some places to observe sperm whales. Although a little far away (it has to be that way) we saw several, we were guided so that we could observe as much as possible! Beautiful! On the way back to the center, they looked for a large group of dolphins that delighted everyone! We were surrendered! The team showed a lot of interest in the group, which was wonderful! I recommend!

Had an amazing whale watching experience with this company. They picked us up in Madalena, with other guests having already boarded in Faial. We are a family of 4, including 2 teens. My son's favourite animal is a blue whale, however we knew the chances of seeing one in the summer months were very slim. However, we lucked out as the team spotted a blue whale, which we were able to to follow for some time. The whale came up right near the boat at one point, and dove right under the boat - it was quite amazing. We were also able to see sperm whales and a large pod of dolphins. The conditions were fairly rough and the zodiac does get tossed around, especially while sitting and waiting to see the whale surface. I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance, if you are prone to issues. The skipper and assistant were great - communicative, informative and clearly excited to see the blue whale.

1. Norberto divers provided an amazing whale watching trip with a friendly and knowledgeable marine biologist, allowing us to spot sperm whales and dolphins, which was truly thrilling.
2. However, the diving activities lacked proper organization and commitment.
- Our planned trip to Princess Alice was canceled due to bad weather the same morning we were supposed to go. Despite being reassured for the next day, they canceled again without explanation (we were enough divers). Another group of divers went despite the same forecast, adding to our disappointment.
- There was a lack of checking for certification or insurance before the check dive. The dive was ok but the divemaster wasn't very attentive to helping us spot marine life.
After our experience, we highly recommend to dive with another diving shop in Faial.
