The setting is wonderful, as the Santander casino building is very glamorous, but, due to the rain, they had to serve dinner inside, and we were struck by the dim and sad lighting of the lounge, plus the staff were quite inexperienced, and were learning. We had a Russian salad that was really delicious, second macho, with baked potatoes, very well baked, and an overmade burger, it was hard to eat. We were offered bread and we did not want to, and when we were served, the appetizer, which consisted of butter, as we had not ordered bread, we requested that they bring us at least some toast to accompany it, and they told us that they did not have and that it could not be, but that they could bring us bread. Logically we said yes because it is inconceivable that they will serve an appetizer butter if they do not accompany it with bread. The surprise was that we were charged for bread, which seems to me a very unprofessional detail. You can’t serve a butter if it’s not accompanied by bread or toast, but what they can’t do in a restaurant in this category is charge you for the bread with which to eat the appetizer they serve you, which would otherwise be inedible. Too bad, really.

Bad service. It was eaten with some starters on the terrace and in the living room, which were very few. 2 starters without repeating and of tiny size. On the table, cold first and second courses and also little food. You have no chance to ask for more. For €55 menu it seems shameful to me.

Perfect Three Kings 2024 meal, views of El Sardinero, good menu and professional and correct attention from the waiter assigned to us. We enjoyed beautiful views and very well organized.

Disastrous! Very pretty on the outside, but it doesn't match the interior at all, based on the poor presentation as soon as you see the elevator. It was closed, which we already knew, but we entered the machine area to spend a few euros, and Miss Sympathy (note the irony) at the entrance scanned my ID, I asked her why, and she said to check, when she should only look to see if we are prohibited or not . We have not signed any consent for our IDs to be scanned. Where is the data protection law??? AMAZING that a casino at this point does these things, and on top of that with a bad face...

We ate in the Al Norte restaurant downstairs from the casino. Good welcome and fast service. We had the special menu. Menu with choice, copious and tasty dishes for a very reasonable price. To do.

¡Una vergüenza! Celebrábamos la jubilación de un compañero: 52 personas, menú cerrado 55€, horario reservado 14:30 a 18:30.
El menú constaba de unos entrantes en la terraza (1salmorejo y 1croqueta por persona, no había posibilidad de comer 2 croquetas).
A continuación pasamos al comedor. Empezamos con una ensalada (4 hojas de ensalada gourmet y un rodaja de queso de cabra) poco aliñado y escaso.
Continuamos con el pescado o la carne. Para quienes elegimos rodaballo con risotto, la ración era el equivalente a 1 octavo de rodaballo y medio puñado de risoto o cosas similar con textura de pasta. Las personas que comieron timbal de novilla, vieron en su plato dos trozos (tamaño nuggets gruesos) con salsa. No habíamos terminado estos platos, cuando "desaparecen" las botellas de vino.
Finalmente, tarta de oreo con helado, muy rica la racioncita y un café.
Tras la comida hacemos una entrega de regalos, etc. Una vez terminado este acto, nos acercamos a la barra para pedir alguna copa,nos dicen que la barra ya se ha cerrado 17:30 que teníamos que haberlo pedido antes, ¿cuándo? Si estábamos todavía en la mesa. Algunas compañeras, se disponen a salir a la terraza a fumar y les dicen que ya está cerrada, porque debemos dejar el salón a las 18:00.
Los camareros muy agradables, la encargada bastante borde.
Hora y media más tarde, merendábamos todos en un bar del centro de Santander, algunos incluso antes comieron un perrito caliente de la furgoneta que hay en la plaza de Pombo
¡Una gran decepción! Ni cenas de Navidad, ni jubilaciones, ni fiestas a menú cerrado. Nos sentimos engañados. NO REPETIREMOS.

Ayer se celebró en un gran salón del casino el ágape navideño de mi empresa!
Un salón amplio con sillas y mesas así como accedo a la terraza para fumadores desde el propio salón , la decoración navideña muy cuidada así como todo el espacio en si .
Fue lunch , el menú muy completo , fueron sacando cada unos de los platos y daban posibilidad de repetir , que aún siendo este modelo de cena , no te quedas con hambre , la comida realmente buena !
Destacar el trato y cortesía de Bruno , camarero de sala y Álvaro de barra , profesionales , cercanos y muy atentos !
Un salón amplio con sillas y mesas así como accedo a la terraza para fumadores desde el propio salón , la decoración navideña muy cuidada así como todo el espacio en si .
Fue lunch , el menú muy completo , fueron sacando cada unos de los platos y daban posibilidad de repetir , que aún siendo este modelo de cena , no te quedas con hambre , la comida realmente buena !
Destacar el trato y cortesía de Bruno , camarero de sala y Álvaro de barra , profesionales , cercanos y muy atentos !

Hola, lo siento pero no puedo darte esa informacion, ya que la visita la hice con excursion organizada, y era en autocar como llegamos, bajamos y luego nos vinieron a recoger. Saludos.

En principio, te recomiendo que cenes en unos de los restaurantes/tapas, que existen en los bajos del mismo Casino, luego entras en las sala de juego.
Uno recomendable es el Restaurant La Cania calle Joaquin Costa, 45

En el Casino del Sardinero tan solo se celebran eventos familiares ,bodas , jubilaciones ,etc...
Ya lo siento , si sois varios comensales póngase en contacto con ellos, le enviaran los menús y luego decida.
