I did the sake tasting through Design My Night with a friend and cannot recommend the experience enough! We tasted a wide variety of sakes accompanied with some simple nibbles. The in depth information was delivered in an engaging style. It was an immersive experience which managed to be formal, classy and relaxed. We were hosted by two fascinating and attentive people. Thank you for a special experience!

Attended the Natural Wine Revolution Wine Tasting on Saturday at VSF Wine Education in London. In my opinion, the whole presentation was wonderfully explained. Very Professional and Succinct!!!
Overall, an amazing evening with great company and also an interesting selection of Natural wines from around the world. A real eye-opener!!! Tasted some delicious natural wines!!! Goes to show me that learning in the world of wine never ends, especially in Natural Wines.
Looking forward to attending their upcoming events and hopefully the WSET Level 3 in Sake course in May.
Highly Recommended for those interested in Learning about Wine, Spirits or Sake!!!!

I attended the "WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits" course at VSF Wine Education in December 2018. It was a 3-day classroom training with a multiple-choice exam at the end of Day 3. The course was informative with plenty of time for discussion. We covered a wide range of topics, from tasting method, serving advice and food matching to an exploration of the main grape types and wine producing areas in the world. It's very useful for anyone wanting to pursue a wine-related career. However, it is also ideal for anyone wishing to improve their knowledge and understanding of wine as a hobby. VSF Wine Education provides an ideal space for this course and the tutor, Leona, was enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgeable.

Tuve el placer de participar al atelier "The Art of Food & wine pairing" y la verdad es que fué una experiencia muy interesante porqué aprendi como combinar los diferentes sabores con toda clase de vinos.
y lo que mas me impacto es entrar en ese concepto de " UMAMI ", totalmente nuevo para mi.
El instructor muy agradable y sobre todo apasionado para hacernos descubrir su saber.!
recomiendo este atelier a aquellos que quieren, como yo, profundizar sobre el vino y los diferentes sabores ....de la vida . Genial!!! Norma

I went to VSF’s wine tasting event on 1 June and I was totally blown away by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the speaker. The speaker was really knowledgeable about wine, and explained the different “Vino Types” in a fun yet detailed manner. This has cleared many of my blind spots. I feel that I have learnt a great deal. I highly recommend VSF Wine Education to anyone interested in learning more about wine and spirits.

I attended the Award-winning Cheese & Wine Pairing at VSF. The cheeses presented were of an exquisite quality that you don't find easily outside of France. There was a very generous amount of cheese so you could indulge yourself without worry. The wines presented were of a high standard too. My favourite cheese of the night was a Brillat-Savarin with Truffles. This cheese was so amazing, not like anything I've ever tasted before. The whole evening was a sheer delight. The hosts at VSF are very friendly and generous.
I also received a handout with all the wines and cheeses listed which was very helpful.
Can't wait for the next cheese and wine evening, my tastebuds are already doing the fandango in anticipation.😁😁

I totally enjoyed the experience and will go back again. The staff members were friendly and keen to make sure everyone felt welcomed and included. The wine served was surprisingly good and with generous portion.

Went to their cheese & wine pairing event last week and thoroughly enjoyed it!
- We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco.
- Tony, the speaker, brought a variety of cheese from an award-winning fromagerie in Paris (including one with truffles!!!! yum yum), along with different types of wine to go with them. He was very knowledgeable and even prepared a handout for all the participants, so we could refer in the future. I thought it was thoughtful.
- I was expecting a tiny fixed portion per person, as was the case for some similar events, but no, we could eat & drink as much as we pleased. Brilliant!
- The cheese with truffles was soooo good that me and my friends even bought the remaining portion from the organiser lol
- The group size was intimate and the overall ambiance was really good as well.
My friend went to another cheese & wine pairing on exactly the same evening in Greenwich. He paid twice as much and only got to taste a few bites of cheese, and it lasted only 1hr, while the VFS one lasted a bit more than 2hrs.
If you a real deal, you are in the right place!
