This is a review for the Glorietta, Top of the Glo Branch. Staff are accomodating and nice. Good food, expensive drinks but that's a given, no harm done. Music - here we go...the music selection is just awful. The 5 peso karaoke machine from your tindahan sa kanto has a better and longer selection that Rockstar's. The beat, tuning, rhythm of a selected music...I don't know...is slower than the song's normal tune. It's like they haven't completed paying for the license or whatever that's why they're given substandard music quality?

Very responsive staff! They just have to improve their food tho, very dry and items are not fresh.
Their room is very clean and I love this place because of the view and their song selection.

Nice place but the aircon can't really handle the count of the people. They brought in an evap cooler that was doable. Staff accommodating. Just check on your consumable so you leave hitting the 10K or whatever your's is for the room. We had the K-Pop room and BTS logos on the wall. A bit weird on that level.

Store hours on their website is 3pm - 4am every friday and saturday but when we got there we were informed that they are until 3:30am only since according to ate "maglilinis pa daw kasi sila" and i was like bakit ganoon? Ate answered again "yun po yung mali nila" so ok moving forward .around 2:30am she went to our room and asked if there's anything else that we want to order because their kitchen will be closing! Like woah! An hour before their closing time? For a last call?!!!! First time ever!
Then it's 3:30am ATE WENT TO OUR ROOM AGAIN AND SAID "PANO BA YAN MA'AM? Ok? You did shut down the videoke even we still have songs in line and 2nd round of beer bucket was served late, like would you mind if we finish it before we go? A nice birthday gift to me ate lalaine! Thank you! btw the place was nice but the staff? Idk

Attended an event at this KTV bar on the top floor of SM AURA in BGC. Beautiful setting in the Beyonce room. This particular room has the usual comfy bench type couch but has its own restroom and dining/eating place in the back. The place also has the usual smaller karaoke rooms. Great equipment and great sound. Makes you feel like a rock star.
