Our rafting and tubing adventure out of Falmouth w Mark was wonderful. Group size was just 14. My husband and I joined w an extended family of 12. Very reasonably priced. Instructions to find Mark at the port were great. I had communicated with him via email and told him what kind of excursion we were looking for and my husband and I were both very pleased.

Mark was an amazing tour guide. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so helpful before our trip, helping us to decide what tour to take, and giving plenty of clear directions for finding him in Falmouth. Our trip river tubing was a highlight of our cruise.

We went out with Mark for a trip in Ocho Rios, and Mark and his daughter have great knowledge of local and world history, and love Israel and the Israelis very much.
We went around town with him and the kids loved the track and jumping into the water and everything about Jamaica.
The price was great, the instruction was great, Mark seemed to love his work very much.
Warmly recommended!!!

I don't think there could be a more accommodating or nicer guy on the planet than Mark. He went out of his way to show our family a great time in Jamaica on Christmas Day. We had the great fortune of enjoying Dunn Fall's and the Blue Hole with his better half. She treated us so well and was just an absolute delight. I felt so badly that they had to give up their family time on Christmas to tour us but they were incredibly happy to do so. We felt safe and comfortable and we've made lifelong friends. We can't wait to return and would never choose any other guide to take us around Ocho Rios.

Mark took myself and seven other family members to the Irie Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The experience was amazing. Mark is very professional, funny, and very interactive. He answered all our questions about Ocho Rios and gave us a bit of a history lesson on their culture. He made sure that our guide at the blue hole took care of us while he waited at the van. We kept all our belongings on the van and he stayed in the van and ensured us our belongings were safe. We then went to Dunn's River Falls where he walked us to the starting point informing us of our many options while climbing the falls. The van that he picked us up in was very clean and the air conditioning was awesome. This was my sixth cruise that I have taken and this experience with Mark and his company "Marks Tours" was by far the best fun that I have had to date. He did everything that he said he would do in his email and more. You also can't beat his prices either. Trust me when I say that If you pick Marks Tours, you will not be disappointed.

We took a tour with Marc in October 24 to the Blue Hole in Jamaica and tubing.
Our whole experience with him was perfect. while coordinating the tour with him I knew I was in good hands, and that he will be there as scheduled and bring us back to the ship on time.
we got a recommendation from family and friends on his tour and indeed it was extraordinary!
Marc waited for us when we got off the ship in Jamaica with a great van and excellent AC. His knowledge and stories gave the tour so much more context then just a "trip" to visit sights..
The team he works with when we got to the blue hole and tubing were great. We even lost a GO PRO camera underwater, and they all dived in to help us search.
We recommend everything from the guide and the team to the whole experience and beautiful sights!!
Thanks Marc, it was a true pleasure getting to know you, and we thank you again for such a great day!

Totally stress free tour. Great tour of Blue Hole and the guides at Blue Hole were A-MAZING, ask for Riley and KK. Mark is so knowledgeable an helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

Mark was AMAZING! Our cruise got moved to a different port and he accommodated us perfectly. He met us right away in the morning (he was even early) and got us to both the places we wanted to see. He lined us up with a great guide at the Blue Hole who took very good care of the 5 of us ladies. He also personally walked us to the starting point at the Dunn's falls, gave us pointers and waited for us to return to the van. Even caught him telling one of the either guides to keep an eye on us in case we needed anything. He is awesome and friendly and made us feel safe and totally able to enjoy our day in Jamaica! Thank you Mark!!

I was unable to book an excursion with the cruise line as they had sold out of the one I wanted. So when I arrived the people at the port there in Ocho Rios tried to pair me with someone who wanted to do what I wanted to do; which was go to Fern Gully and Konoko Falls and Garden. I had been to Dunn River Falls on a previous trip to Jamaica. They never found anyone to pair with me but I did not care as long as I got to go on a tour. I had to wait about an hour, however this gave me time to have a conversation with the nice security guard at the port. She was most enjoyable. Anyway, Jenny picked me up. I believer her husband is Mark. They run the tours and she was fabulous. It was affordable, meaning it was in the price range of what the cruise line was offering. She took me to both places and gave me a great history of the area. I also asked her to take me to get some authentic cuisine and she did. I would definitely call on her again if I get to go back. Thank you Jenny!

My husband and I do marriage retreats and marriage preparation retreats for singles all over the world. We hired Mark to take a group of us to the Blue Hole in Ocho Rios. At the start Mark was very welcoming, pleasant and professional. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable about Jamaica and the history of the country. He made us laugh the whole ride singing songs, sharing Jamaica's history and answering questions. Once at the blue hole, he connected us with 2 guides who took care of us during our time at the blue hole and Mark made sure all of our belongings were safe on the his bus. The excursion was safe, and fun! We highly recommend Mark Tours you will have a great time!

Hola, somos dos amigas y el 22 de octubre 2023 hacemos un crucero con MSC Seascape y uno de los destinos es Ocho Rios en Jamaica, podriais aconsejarnos que excursión podemos hacer y con quien.
El barco llega a las 8:00 y el embarque es a las 16:00 por lo que no hay demasiaso tiempo.

כן בהחלט אפשרי. יש כמה נקודות קפיצה אבל אפשרי להכנס ולשחות גם ללא קפיצות כלל. אבל יש נקודה בתחילה ובסיום קצרצרה ממש שנכנסים למים כדי לעבור צד בשחייה. כלומר כן נרטבים. בהמשך אפשרי לא להיכנס כלל למים או רק לשחות או לקפוץ ולשחות. מבחינת ההליכה או הטיפוס זה ממש לא קשה לא למבוגרים ולא לילדים. מקום קסום ולא חם שזה גם יתרון גדול. חובה נעלים למים.

I completed the online reservation and I have emailed Mark tours several times to confirm our reservation, but have not heard back from anyone. Does anyone have another suggestion on how to get in touch with Mark Tours?

Is this a private tour with only the people in your party? So, if my husband and I book a tour, will it only be the two of us and a guide?

I doubt it, this is how he makes a living. I'm sure he would try to fill the van unless you wanted to make it worth his while for just the 2 of you. Even so, with just the people in the van, it's still a very small group compared to the masses that book on the ship

yes aqua socks help a lot. there are guides to help. people of all ages can go and do. it can be a bit slippery with the rushing water but as long as you go slowly and hold on to each other you will be fine

We are a group of 5 or 6 docking at Ocho Rios on Feb 25 at 9AM and are interested in a private tour -- possible to Dunn River Falls and beach or snorkling, etc. What do you suggest and can you provide a cost estimate. Thank you!

We researched Dunns and Blue Hole and chose Blue Hole as it is less commercialized and a more personal experience with Mark and the guides he provides for his groups. The cost for our family of four was around $250 +tip/extras for our Blue Hole tour and White River tubing. It was fabulous! The other family that was at Blue Hole at the same time as us did the beach/snorkeling that Mark arranged and loved it, their review is on here too!
