We always get Palmer to pick us up from the airport when we go to Jamaica! Always punctual, and we are off to our hotel way before everyone else. Palmer always has a few beverages on the bus for the trip! We’ve had him take us on multiple tours around Jamaica over the years as well! We’ve used palmers services for more than 10 years. Reputable, honest, trustworthy, would 110% recommend Palmer!

Our tour with Mr. Palmer was truly a 5 star experience! He was on time to pick us up in his comfortable bus. As you go from place to place, he will tell you about history, as well as all the natural fruits, veggies and herbs of the land. He will point them out on the journey and let you taste them too! We went so many wonderful places on the tour, including all around Montego Bay, and some classic sites like Dunn River Falls, and the lovely Blue Hole. Mr. Palmer took great care of us and allowed us to customize our tour to see the things we were interested in. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montego Bay or Jamaica for the first time. You will enjoy yourself and learn alot about the Jamaican culture. Thank you Mr. P!

Palmer was our driver, this was a rather quick tour that was put together at the last minute. Our cruise was rerouted to Montego Bay last minute. The beach's were closed due to prior day tropical storm and the sea's were rough. Palmer took us to the Rose Hall area and did a drive thru some of the residential area's and then the Rose Hall shopping area. Lunch at his favorite Jerk house was packed so we slid into a different place "Scothies" which we had a great meal. Palmer pulled together a quick tour and he is very knowledgeable of the Montego Bay area. The only thing that holds back from a five star was that the van was oversold and had to use jumper seats in the middle of the tour van.

We communicated with UTON Tours ahead of time to let him know that our kids are into historical things. So, he customized our tour to see the history in old town Montego Bay and Fort Montego. He stopped and picked different plants for us to smell, gave us a tour of the different neighborhoods around Montego Bay, showed us where the movies Cocktail and How Stella Got Her Groove Back were filmed, and took us shopping at the best store on the Hip Strip. As far as my family and I are concerned, Palmer is the best person to take you around the Montego Bay area. He is friendly, punctual (early actually), and very reliable. I would book with him again the next time I'm in town.

I absolutely loved BOTH tours with “Palmer!” My husband and I brought a group of 20 people to Jamaica, and the tour was part of our trip. Then, I came back later in the year with girlfriends and took them too! Everyone enjoyed & learned from Uton Tours! If you want to truly embrace Jamaica, this is the BEST choice! ❤️

If I could give Palmer more than 5 stars I would ;I wished I would of booked my whole weekend with him. Staying on the resort you miss out on real culture and Palmer was able to provide a real Jamaican experience. I will definitely book with Palmer again. I highly recommend him to everyone and I mean EVERYONE !!!!!

My experience with Uton Tours was absolutely amazing! Palmer is a very friendly, punctual, and professional tour guide who has extensive knowledge of the beautiful island. Palmer looked after our entire family, he was very accommodating and ensured that our trips around different parts of the island were comfortable, memorable and enjoyable for all.
We enjoyed scenic trips to different parts of the island and Palmer would always give us an interesting breakdown of the history of certain areas. Palmer’s bus is also air conditioned so we would never get too hot!
I highly recommend Uton Tours and I will definitely use this service again when I return to Jamaica!
