The service was excellent as always. The driver was outside with a sign waiting for us when we landed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He took us to get some provisions before dropping us off at our resort. 10 out of 10!

Mark was great. We asked if he could accommodate us to grand Palladium very last minute and without hesitation he was able to make it happen! We have used him on prior trips and he remembered who we were and even asked about our family back home. He absolutely is the best and you should look no where else for any transportation services. Would recommend and will definitely be using his services on our next trip.

Elroy was very efficient with time management & reliable. He made my family and I feel very safe & comfortable. Also, showed us some hot spots in Montego bay, food, shops, whatever we needed he made it happen! One of the best drivers we had for the week spent in Jamaica. Thank you Elroy! You made Jamaica one of the best experience for me & my family! We will be coming back & contacting you again!

Mark was absolutely amazing, very personable, friendly and knew exactly when and where to go, he picked us up from airport and he toured me and my family our whole time we spent in Jamaica. Mark always made us feel comfortable and safe… don’t hesitate to book your transportation needs and tours with Mark… you won’t regret it!!!

Mark was the absolute best private driver that we’ve experienced. He was on time and communication was always great. He took us all around to experience the real Jamaica outside of the resort. He always stayed with us wherever we went to ensure we were safe. Everyone who he connected us with for excursions were amazing. I wouldn’t book any other private driver except him!

Excellent service! Mark and Stephanie showed
us real Jamaican hospitality from the moment they picked us up at the airport. They called to make sure e we were ok and the next day, Mark gave us a tour of Montego Bay, took us to the bamboo rafting site. stayed with us until it was over. Then he took us shopping. by the market and lastly to a great local jerk BBQ place. Great service for all who visit Jamaica

This was my first time going to jamaica and I wanted to make sure I was traveling safe. My friend had went previously with family and she recommended Fantasy Tours Jamaica And I have to say Mark and his staff did not disappoint.
From Stephanie, meeting us with our name clearly written out. So we wouldn't look loss in the airport. To mark showing us all the safe places to have good fun. Definitely all the good food spots. We had an absolutely amazing time with our driver. And we felt safe in the process. If you want an authentic Jamaican experience Fantasy Tours is definitely the best transportation company that will give you that

Jason was a great driver and really considerate individual! We booked round trip transportation from the airport to our resort in Runaway Bay. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us and all of our questions. We even made a stop or two each way for local treats.
I only wish I’d checked our itineraries more carefully because we had him waiting longer than anticipated for the departure (which he was so patient about). Luckily they made sure to include some padding on all their pickup and arrival times (I’m sure for bumbling tourists like myself haha). I fully trust this company with any scheduling considerations and the prices were fairer than most. Much respect. Thanks for being part of what made this trip a vacation I’ll never forget. We love Jamaica!
