This is a must see if you're visiting Jamaica and have any interest in reggae music. It's incredible to walk through his house, see the recording studio, and even see the bullet holes in the walls. Ricky was the BEST tour guide and he made the whole tour so fun. He knows everything about Bob and does a great job integrating humor, group singing, and facts about Bob's life. I especially enjoyed his heartfelt sharing about oneness and unity. The gift shop and dispensary have some really unique items that are great quality. The museum could be a day trip from Ocho Rios or an overnight in Kingston. I highly recommend it!

Bob Marley Museum was a day I’ll never forget. Shout out to Irie-Sue, she is the best tour guide I’ve experienced on all my travels. She has so much positive energy, a crazy amount of charisma and her knowledge of the Marley’s history is next level. Ask for her before you book, you won’t regret it, she is a star!

The tour was a very enlightening and educational experience for those that are fans of Bob Marley. Even if you do not know much or are not fans, it will help you have a better appreciation for his impact. Our tour guide was the best we could ask for: Mr Ricky Chaplin, who is a reggae artist and also played a role in the bob marley biopic. His energy and honor he gave Bob Marley was contagious. If you are in Kingston i’d recommend going on the tour just to experience some vital Jamaican music and cultural history

An amazing experience seeing and learning about the history of Bob Marley. Meeting Julian and Stephen Marley in the cafe afterwards rounded off the perfect visit. A must if you are in Kingston.

Loved our visit! Tours are every half an hour and last around 1.5 hours. Our tour guide Susan was amusing, energetic, knowledgeable and made the tour a lot of fun. Don't miss this if you're in the area!

I mean, you couldn’t come all the way here and not visit the Bob Marley museum to learn about where he lived and worked, but just don’t expect to be wowed. House is small and tours are a bit forced on the humor, but you can enjoy a sea moss (you’ll get the joke after the tour) smoothie outside and then see his bedroom where ahem, music was made. Tours run on the hour and you can reserve online

My family and I visited right after leaving Devon House, which is pretty close.
We were right on time for a tour that was about to start. The tour was mainly in the home that market lived. We learned that his widow spearheaded the house being turned into a museum.
Tour hide was very knowledgeable, there is a replica of a Grammy that Bob won in the museum.
Each room show had a story. There is a gift shop at the end of the tour to purchase items. Cost was 25.00US per person,

I would go with the mausoleum since you have limited time. Coming from Kingston (where the museum is) there’s a lot of traffic if you don’t leave before 2 pm.

It took us 16 hours round trip, but went with amity tours & transfers, we're recommended this company, took us for a tour round Kingston, Beverly hills, gave us a tour of usain bolt training ground & school, driver had lots of knowledge about Kingston, enjoyed the tour more. You can contact these direct threw fb messenger & they get back to you straight away with prices & excursions, little bit dearer than tour operators, but felt very safe & had a deeper tour in the mountains, to what we would of got on a coach.

Bien sur,il y a des voyages a Kingston qui partent des hotels.La route est difficile entre les montagnes.Kingston est dangereux por les touristes,on passe par la ville sans descendre du bus.On visite un cayo ou plage et on va chez Marley,l unique point d internet de la journee.Apres,on visite un shopping center touristique.
Le prix 70/80 euros par personne.

Tour duration 1 hour 15 minutes which includes a 20 minute video presentation.
