Gad river and Arabian sea sangam. Shimpla beach resort is a good option .although the name is beach resort, it's a Homestay. visited Island village. serene place to visit food and stay was good. People are simple and caring.

This amazing beach extends 10 kilometers till the peninsula. One the cleanest beach i have ever visited in the Konkan. Amazing view with dolphins surfing by is a common sight in the morning hours.
If you are fond authentic Malvani cuisine, you have many home stays to cater to this craving ad well.
To satisfy the adventurous Dennis within, a variety of watersports can be tried. Being a very clean beach, you can also play football which is really an amazing experience.
In case you opt for a night stay in any of the multiple homestays just next to the beach, you can even sit and gaze at the clear nightsky or enjoy the moonlit sea till late in the night. Being an almost private beach you are all on your own.

One of the best beaches i have visited. very calm and pleasing but you do not have good restaurants nearby so carry you food when you visit this amazing place

If you go to Tondavali, you must visit Kinara Beach Resort owned by Tatya Tikam (9423302669).
The owner is very friendly and gets you whatever you want.
Service provided is worth appreciating.
No doubts on the food quality as well. You will really get to feel the taste of malvani chicken and fish here.

It's a little far from Malvan city. People generally don't go here so it's not crowded at all. When I visited this with my friends we were the only ones at the beach.
The beach is stretched so long and certainly one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches you'll find in Southern Konkan. You'll enjoy the road which goes to the beach too which is covered with trees on both the sides.

Beach is clean and clear. U see the dolphin from the beach. All types of watersports activities are available here. Scuba dive and para sailing is also available on same beach.

This long stretch of Talashil beach is extremely clean and beautiful.
It is well maintained with benches and photo points at intermittent locations on the road above the beach.
Must visit if you are in Sindhudurg.
