很糟糕
非常糟糕的经历。人太多。一个团大概有50个人。只有3台天文望远镜。车坏在半路。所以我们错过了看日落。老板发信息说可以给半价折扣的代金券下次用。我不会再去第二次。要求退一部分钱。但是被拒绝。态度很差。还有网站写可以酒店接送。但是并没有。星星也不多。是一次非常糟糕的体验。

This excursion is not to be missed if you enjoy looking at the night sky. Everything was well organised from start to finish. We were taken to a typical Canarian restaurant where we had a meal of chicken pork and potatoes plus wine then a chocolate pudding. After this we went up the mountain to a platform where we watched the sunset from above the clouds. This was quite spectacular. A glass of Cava was provided at this stage. After this we were taken in the coach further up the mountain where telescopes were set up to look at stars and planets. The guides were very knowledgeable and amusing and guided us across the sky with laser pointers and answered our questions on what we were seeing. We saw the full moon rise over the mountain which was very beautiful. We even saw a shooting star! It was chilly up there and jackets were provided for those who had not come prepared. Hot chocolate was given out here too. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Amazing tour! Definitely worth the money! Restaurant is good but nothing special, however experience up the mountain is superb, guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole thing is well organized. Def would recommend.
P.S. It really does get cold up there. Believe them when they tell you)

The views and experience are absolutely amazing. All of the tour guides are friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole thing from start to finish is expertly organised making it incredibly stress free. On our tour they showed us stars, Andromeda Galaxy, Jupiter and Saturn! A must see for anyone into astronomy or just to gather a sense of your place in the Universe!

What a night!! Myself and partner watched the sun set and experienced star gazing on Lady Teide!! It was absolutely beautiful! amazing! I cannot describe how brilliant and interesting this was! We learnt so much!! I cannot recommend Night Skies Tenerife enough to try this if you are ever in Tenerife, they’re so kind and proactive with every single thing, and tiny detail - right down to hot chocolate! Pictures were taken throughout the night by the team of both you and the sky, which were then given for FREE!!! No complaints whatsoever, I have attached some pictures that we were lucky enough to see in person, take ourselves and receive🌄💫☀️

This was one of the best tours we ever did. We got to watch a beautiful sunset, see many stars and planets through the telescope, and had a lovely dinner. We also got cava and hot chocolate. To top it off, our tour guide Craig actually went out of his way to drop us back to our apartment. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!!

Started the tour with a meal in a traditional Spanish restaurant. Headed up to Tiede, clouds were lower than expected so ended up going to the highest point to watch the sunset and the star gazing bit. The tout guides were informative, fun, engaging and I had some definite wow moments, especially when seeing Saturn!

Me and my partner both agree that this was just an unforgettable experience to say the least. The entire professionalism of the event and the staff was brilliant, the meal was very nice, the sunset viewing was fantastic (we got engaged! photo below), and the stargazing experience was just absolutely incredible. Seeing the moon and the other planets was something else. It's really worth every penny.

This is the first time I saw the moon so closely through a telescope. It was a wow moment for me. The guides were great. They answered everyone’s questions and took a ton of pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed this activity.

The tour guides were all friendly and knowledgeable, the food was basic but tasty and the tour was definitely great value for money. We had a great time and will be going again next time we visit Tenerife

What a fantastic trip, our guide Hans was brilliant, great company and lots of detail and knowledge. Even his intense love of pine trees won us over! The meal was nice, the sunset was absolutely stunning and the moon looked amazing through the telescopes. Sadly the cloud cover was thick and we couldn’t see the stars/constellations, which was a shame but we can’t help Mother Nature.

Hi... looks like a wonderful excursion!
Do you need proper walking shoes/extra warm clothes for this trip- or are trainers and a hoodie suitable? How intense is the walk up the mountain?
We will be in Tenerife at Christmas so will be end of December temperature for us.

We went at the end of May. We wore jumper, hat, leggings and the coat they gave us but it was freezing. You are there for a few hours and the temperature is much cooler because if the altitude. Some people got back in the bus due to the cold. If I went again I would wear thermals or at least warmer leggings. A great experience but take layers and warm clothes.
Puedo decir a nuestro Favor, que durante mucho tiempo hemos intentado ofrecerle lo mejor a los clientes de Night Sky . por mi parte son personas maravillosas, la gastronomía es una cosa muy compleja y veces no llegara a las expectativas de todos, pero si les puedo garantizar que esta excursión son el orgullo de todos los visitantes, de nuestra isla de TENERIFE. Nosotros como restaurante solo podemos decir que siempre hemos querido dar el todo por el todo. Y agradezco a esta empresa la oportunidad que nos dio todo este tiempo. gracias a ustedes también por vuestra opinión nos ayudara a mejorar. pero recuerden los organizados de estas excursiones son unos profesionales y unas bellas personas - y cabe destacar la seriedad y buen trato que ofrecen. y por la parte que nos corresponde lamento mucho que la comida no haya sido al 100% de su agrado, pero esta parte es responsabilidad mía, gracias y saludos

I cannot confirm if the Barcelo is a pick up point, but the hotel in Los Gigantes near the harbour is. Email the hosts, they are very helpful
