Our driver was fabulous. Organised our whole trip. We had a wonderful time at four seperate spots. We saw a manta ray even though it was mantra season. We saw loads of fish a turtle and beautiful coral. The water colour was amazing. It was warm and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience with my driver Komang. He was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he picked me up, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so welcome. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he shared interesting stories about Bali's culture and history, which made the ride even more enjoyable.
What I appreciated most was his patience and kindness. He was always willing to stop for photos and showed me the best spots to explore. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, making recommendations for places to visit and eat. His driving was safe and smooth, which made me feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Overall, I can't recommend him enough! If you're looking for a reliable and friendly driver in Bali, he's the one to choose. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Don't go on this tour.... the whole day was very unorganized, we caught the fast boat to Nusa Penida and then were left at one of the dozen snorkel tour huts with very little instruction. When we got on the boat, the water was very choppy, but the boat still drove out for 30 mins to the furthest snorkel spot to "check if we could get in the water" - if they had asked the hundreds of other boats out there that day, they would've know that it was not safe, so not sure why they wasted our time. The snorkels leaked, my partners was attached to his googles with a hair tie, and when it inevitably fell off and was lost, we were charged a NZ$30 fee. The reef is dead and there are not many fish, I would've much preferred to have paid more money and gone on a sustainable tour. This is definitely not worth the money we paid.

We apologize that we could not meet your expectations, for snorkeling at the main spot it is indeed far because it is a spot in the plan, and for snorkeling we always check it and we provide many choices and before using it we recommend to try it

My family and I really enjoyed this tour, ARYA is a good and experienced guide, our family was made comfortable while snorkeling and we saw manta rays and fish that were very amazing and we highly recommend this tour and this company, we will come back and use this company. Thank you for everything

We went to visit nusa penida after booking through one of the tour agencies .although overall the trip was a very good one I would like to write some tips for people who plan to visit nusa penida in future.it is definitely not for the faint hearted! We were lucky that the day we traveled the weather was very good ( from sanur to penida) the small sail boat which was part of of the tour which took us to three different spots for snorkelling ,it had only two life guards ,who didn't know the basics of life guarding ,the safety equipment were not hygienic at all and were lying in the corner of the boat ..you had to basically take it urself and use it .we had been promised an adequate time inside the water for snorkeling but were told to come up after 5-7 min in each spot ,as the water was rough and choppy..we were told that we would get photos clicked by the lifeguards at the end of the trip ,nothing been given so far .
Lastly hundreda of tourists visit penida daily but the infrastructure is absolutely terrible, the toilets r overflowing and most of them r broken and out of use..the Balinese govt should definitely do something about it .
The islands should be visited by people who r good swimmers and don't mind going inside the water for snorkeling ,else it's a complete waste of time and money .thank you

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent trip with Sari Nusa Penida Tour. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations, currently the waves are very high, therefore we cannot take you to the place we promised. We prioritize customer safety, and for the toilet It is indeed crowded because it is a public toilet and when everyone finishes snorkeling, they use it, for snorkeling equipment every time we finish using it, so it remains hygienic

Very cool experience we dont saw Mantas today but very Nice coral and fish and also two dolphins. the Guide of the boat and our driver Komang also very Nice and sweet people i can really recommend it

We had the chance to see several manta rays as well as a turtle on this excursion

Entire trip was wonderful and smooth.
Day went so well due to driver Komang. He was thoughtful and well organise. Snorkel team also wonderful taking us to all spots and helping with local knowledge
