El personal poco atento, con mala disposición, la reserva fue de 11 a 12 lo cual finalmente salimos a Las 11:25 y llegamos a las 12:00 (35 min) no disfrutamos nada. Adicional a esto pagamos 175 dólares adicionales por conceptos de seguros y otros.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We understand that you have concerns, and we appreciate the opportunity to address them.
Firstly, we would like to clarify that you contacted us to reschedule your Driving Experience, as you were unable to make it at the originally booked time. We are committed to accommodating our clients and allowing them to reschedule whenever possible.
In regards to the duration of your Driving Experience, we have thoroughly reviewed our GPS records, which clearly indicate that the car left our location at 11:13 AM and returned at 12:05 PM. This means that you were driving for a total of 52 minutes. It's important to note that our Driving Experience typically ranges from 45 to 60 minutes, so it is inaccurate to claim that you only drove for 35 minutes.
Regarding the additional charge of $175, we would like to clarify that when booking a Driving Experience through platforms such as Viator/TripAdvisor, it is essential for customers to read all the descriptions and understand what is included and what is not. We do charge a 25% fuel fee, and as an international tourist, it is mandatory to purchase damage coverage from us for $95. We regret any confusion caused, but it is vital for customers to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before making a reservation.
Please understand that we cannot provide a vehicle worth $340,000 without insurance and a deposit of $500. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of our clients and protect our assets.
We genuinely value your feedback and would like to address any further concerns you may have. If there is anything else we can do to rectify the situation, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We hope that you will reconsider your recommendation and give us the opportunity to provide you with a satisfactory experience in the future.

It was an excellent experience! It was a gift for my husband for our 10th anniversary and it was a hit. Coolest car, beautiful ocean ride. Excellent customer service by Yari. Highly recommend to try this experience!

WOW…where do I begin! Blast Supercars is an AMAZING experience! I have rented 7 of their vehicles and every single time I did, the experience was mind blowing! I would highly recommend Blast Supercars to anyone who has a desire to drive a Ferrari, Lamborghini, or even a McLaren! They also have a rally experience now too! If you are thinking about doing this experience you need to do it!! This was my first time driving with Blast and won’t be my last. I love Ferraris and couldn’t pass up driving this one!! They take you on a tour through Miami. It’s worth every penny especially if you love cars!

So happy we got to drive the Ferrari 488! Was a great time with the top down. We had to provide a Credit card for the deposit and declaration page for insurance. Loved every minute of the drive, will be coming back!
