Dianna was such a delight and very knowledgeable on the process of how chocolate is made. She made it personable and engaging which enhanced the experience. I recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The instructor was info and very funny. They answered all of our questions and we were laughing the whole time. The chocolate was delicious (obviously) and it was incredible to experience how different regions impact the flavor of the chocolate. It was very eye-opening to learn about how long the chocolate making process takes. Thank you for such a lovely experience. This class has been a highlight of our trip!

Grabiel was amazing and fun taking us,through the process of where the chocolate was from and made. He made it alot of fun and interesting. The chocolate we made was delicious. I woud highly recommend doing this ,if you were looking for something to do

Very good experience! The teacher was super pedagogical, showed us all the cocoa processes very well, and we were able to make our own chocolates to take home, so it was super good.

This was so fun to hear the history and chocolate making process. We got to make chocolate and a couple of chocolate based drinks. I highly recommend!

We had a great time during the workshop. It was very interesting to learn about the creation of chocolate. The guide spoke English well, and the chocolate tasted good :)

It was. Lots of fun and the chocolates we came away with were delicious. We made hot chocolate too, also excellent.
I would have liked more info about the history of chocolate, and it would be a good idea to provide stools for participants.

Ian, our guide, was very engaging and his enthusiasm and knowledge was evident. The hands-on element of this activity, made it more enjoyable as we were able to make our own chocolate bars, which tasted delicious.

This was a fun experience! I loved learning about the history of chocolate from the region in an interactive way. Come prepared for an arm workout - you will have to grind your own cocoa beans!
Making our own chocolate bars was enjoyable as well. They provided a variety of local and popular mix-ins.

Is it possible to have more attendees than 9? Our family of 13-14 would be interested in this as a group, or is that just too many participants? We could do this by family instead.
