It is very easy to write a good review when everything is going smooth and easy according to the plan. And I was traveling many times with Outdoor Himalayan since 2013 with great experience. But you will only new the real value when something is going wrong, when you get sick or need some unpredictable support - then you can be 100% sure that in difficult situations you will have the best support you can ever have. All the team is fantastic and really, I mean really care for the clients. This is the best travel agency in Nepal

I highly recommend this company if you plan trekking in Nepal. They provide full support from the very beginning. The great advantage is that they are very flexible and adjust the trekking to your needs and conditions. Ramani makes impossible possible and will help you very quickly and effectively with everything you need. He not only provide relentless support during the trek but with many other topics you might have. I will definitely choose Outdoor Himalayan Treks for the next trip.

I would definitely recommend Outdoor Himalayan. We did the EBC trek. Ram - the manager is a great host! Very quick to respond and helpful when it comes to booking hotels, local transport, food recommendations. He provided relentless support for our ever changing plans.
If I go back to Nepal, I'm definitely going to do it with Outdoor Himalayan as they provide outstanding support.

This was the second time in using Outdoor Himalayan Treks and I so glad I returned. From the moment I was greeted by Ram (manager of OHT) at Kathmandu airport, to the wonderful and detailed service on the trek from Krishna and Dipak, I felt like royalty. I feel this company goes the extra mile to make you feel you are getting the most from your time spent in Nepal.
On my return this time, I chose to do the Renjo La and Everest base camp trek. My guide was Krishna, a man with 22 years experience as a guide has so much knowledge of the surrounding mountains and Nepal itself. My porter Dipak who has the strength of ten men and also the most kindest person. I feel the service in whole was a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend asking for these two if possible.
You will come to use Outdoor Himalayan Treks as a client, but most definitely will part as friends.

Fantastisk flot og særdeles krævende tur.
En stor tak til Outdoorhimalayan treek.
Uden deres hjælp ville det ikke have lykkedes.

An extraordinary trip with extraordinary people and an amazing Nepalese guide. The crazy and wild climate of Kathmandu and the majestic image of the mountains of the world ... A mixture of water and fire as well as heaven and hell - literally;) I recommend it to every lover of travel and unforgettable mountain hikes. "Top shelf" trekking !!!

My father and I did the EBC trek. Ram is a great host, he answered all of our questions and is a friendly guy. We often saw him around the hotel taking care of guests, he was always happy to chat and arrange trips / taxis. We did a couple of day trips with Kamal, he's a great guide. He enjoys his job even though it is repetitive for him.
For our trek we had Prakash, again, great guide. He wasn't obtrusive, he was very encouraging and patient with repeated questions. Sadly my father couldn't continue after Dingboche, Prakash made arrangements for him further down the mountain while we continued. Prakash is professional when needed but he's also good to relax with. He knows many people along the route and can help with tea houses and flights! His English is good too.
I can't recommend Outdoor Himialayan Treks, Ram, Prakash and Kamal enough. Don't worry about sending the money for a deposit, it might take a few days to completely go through but it's all above board. Looking forward to going back next year to do Three Passes and Island Peak!
