I had a great surfing lesson this morning! It was at 7:30am so the beach wasn’t too busy and it wasn’t too hot. The instructors Tan, Kaiva, and Yas were really helpful and engaging. They took time to go through safety info so I wasn’t as nervous getting in the water. When we were all in there, they helped give us tips and sometimes a push so we could get up and going. My friend managed to stand up on her first lesson. I didn’t quite but was almost there and would definitely book again with Go Ride A Wave to see if I can master it! I had the best time and so glad I booked this lesson last minute. I would encourage others who might be a little nervous to go for it! Thanks to the amazing team who made this one of my best memories of visiting Australia!

4 instructors for ~20 learners is perfect! We had a brief of what and what not to do out there and the how's to surf good! 2hours is quite a good duration to learn the basics and experience surfing on your own or with guidance. The insutructors were amazing!!! Will definitely come back for more lessons next time!

Fantastic way to learn as a complete beginner. The teachers were brilliant, and made sure you got standing up no matter what! No better place to surf too!

Me and my friends had our first lesson with Blake and is an incredible surf instructor! His clear teaching style makes learning fun and easy. As a beginner, I felt totally supported—he broke everything down step by step and gave me the confidence to catch waves on my own. If you want to learn how to surf, Blake is the best!:)

Brillant fun! My son and I had a great time. Lesson was well organised, 3 instructors were excellent & supported group throughout, ensuring everyone got extra support & advice. Would highly recommend!

Was very well explained. The 3 instructors were very enthusiastic and always helped you.
Gave good tips and because of their good explanation you knew what was in store, so you ended up on your board.

Unfortunately I’m unable to answer this factual, you would have to contact the surf school directly. However, I did see lots of kids surf schools taking place so I’m pretty sure they cater for all ages and abilities. Enjoy
