    在短途旅行时，我参加了一个夜间雪橇旅行，希望能看见北极光。但因为在夜晚旅行，你很难看见驯鹿和周围的风景。看着那里的照片，我推荐如果可能的话，选择白天的旅行项目。但这里的人们非常好。我很喜欢了解萨米文化并和所有人交谈。我推荐这个旅行团。

    我们乘坐驯鹿雪橇旅行一天，这个旅行非常可爱。你换车的司机来自一个传统的萨米人家庭，是一个驯鹿农民。他非常友好而且热衷于和你分享他的生活方式和传统。驯鹿被照顾的很好，雪橇非常别致。我们坐雪橇的时候下了一点雪所以看起来更真实。我们也能够喂驯鹿也和它们照了一些相。坐完雪橇后你会被带到家庭农场的总部，那里他们会给你讲故事，分享传统和给你一些对于萨米人的洞察力。这是一个出色的短途旅行，可以帮助你学习你正在旅行城市的文化。

    运气好好去了这次旅行（我们本来打算去另外一个地方但是因为意外取消了）。咨询了好几个司机之后，这个公司给我们在驯鹿雪橇游里找了几个空位。这是一个家庭经营的公司，他们想要传播自己的萨米文化。雪橇游，炖驯鹿大餐加上有趣的萨米小故事，虽然这些都发生在一个有破洞的帐篷里。特别推荐Ken，我们的司机和给我们讲故事的人，他全程都保持笑容，非常有趣。

    驯鹿雪橇，增长见识，但是价格太贵了
    我们很期待这个活动，但是感觉价格贵得离谱了。乘坐雪橇的时间很短，很快乐，一组人乘坐时，其他一组人在旁边等。萨米语交谈很棒，炖驯鹿肉很好吃。价格如果是500克朗而不是1400克朗就很不错。满分5分只给了1分就是因为价格太贵。

    特罗姆瑟是个不错的小镇！
    我儿子很久以前就梦想着来这里游玩了。特罗姆瑟，很可爱的小镇子，人们很友好，有很多好玩的。这里比你想象的更暖和些，因为属于墨西哥湾暖流区，很多人行道的冰都加热融化了，没想象中的那么滑。

    不要误会我，我非常喜欢这个旅程，但是我想我的期望太高了。我期待着一个冬季仙境，有许多驯鹿和大量的萨米人在周围。实际上，我们在的那片田野，有大概8只看起来破败的不想被碰触的驯鹿。导游一直在抽烟，即使在雪橇上挨着我坐的时候。我不是很介意，但我想有人介意。午餐和文化交流非常棒，但我想我之前期待的会多一点。总之，我喜欢这个旅程，但是它只是普通，我欣赏这能帮他们赚钱，但是可能不值付出的价格。

    参加了这趟活动对我们来说是最好的决定，我们永远不会忘记这件事的。我们和与驯鹿雪橇的体验很棒，还了解了一点萨米文化。旅游团提供了几个萨米人的营地，内有篝火，以保持我们温暖。他们提供了一个很棒的地方供我们滑雪橇和饲养驯鹿。更好的是傍晚时分的体验。当天空晴朗时，你会惊讶目睹北极光在你头顶跳舞。我们很幸运能够完全体验所有事情（驯鹿雪橇，饲养驯鹿，观赏极光和好的驯鹿炖）。感谢特罗姆瑟拉普兰给我们带来有史以来最好的体验。

    介绍萨米文化
    不错。老板和员工们都是萨米人，他们特别喜欢向别人介绍他们的文化。你可以自己制作套索工具，也可以乘坐驯鹿雪橇，驯鹿悠闲地吃着东西，你还能听到一些传统歌曲，参观那些手工艺品。氛围很好，从机场出发走5分钟就到了。一定要来看看。推荐！

    我要说些什么呢，嗯，驾着带驯鹿的雪橇滑行了一路，喂养它们，了解它们然后吃了鹿肉。。。在这次旅行中我还了解了有关萨米的文化。这大半天过的很愉快。

Dec visit with my daughter
Went on this trip with my 12 year old daughter. We were picked up on time and the journey was around 20 minutes from Radisson Blu hotel.
On arrival we walked up to the tent where there was a roaring fire which was very cosy. After a short introduction we went outside on the sledding experience which was fantastic. Be warned it is extremely cold so wear warm clothing, gloves, hats, scarfs etc
The ride lasted around 15 minutes we then fed some reindeer which were adorable.
There is another tent which has tables and you can go in there to warm up and have unlimited hit drinks and shop bought cookies. Shame they weren't homemade.
We selected the vegetarian option as we didn't want to eat Rudolph 🤣
The starter was a salad, vegetable stew with bread and chocolate cake for dessert. Again the cake was shop bought, it would have been alot nicer if it was homemade.
After dinner we went back into the original tent for a talk on the reindeers and Sami culture which was really interesting.
We got picked up at 6pm and arrived back at 10pm
Unfortunately we didn't see the Northern lights.

Highly recommended but room for improvement

A very good experience and definitely worth doing. The group size (around 50 people) was larger than we expected and I found the camp a little disorganised with no clear direction on the activities ahead. A detailed explanation at the start of the evening would be a good addition, including some safety precautions. Greeted by the loveliest Sami girls looking beautiful in their traditional dress. I have to say the sledding at night is probably not worth it, we didn’t find it particularly interesting. But feeding the reindeer was so much fun (watch out for those sharp antlers though) and the Sami cultural talk was amazing, we could have done with more of that. The food was good, we had the vegetable stew. And to top it all off we got to see the northern lights, which are enhanced by the camps location away from Tromsø’s glow.

Highlight of out trip

LOVED this experience. The highlight of our trip to Norway. We even saw a moose by the side of the trail (which was apparently very rare to see).
The guide was great, their attention to the animals was fantastic. I'd recommend this excursion to anyone going to Norway.

Awful- shameful- cancelled nite before
An avid traveler, I have never encountered such behavior. But it should be like super takes a lot of time and effort to get to Tromso, Norway-but this company obviously only cares about their profits. Less than 24 hours before the tour, they called me to cancel. They said they did not have enough people. Had they not been so shortsighted, they would realize that customer service is number one and they should have at least informed me 48 hours before, there was a possibility that they would cancel. Word of mouth is the backbone of all businesses- and i have heard similar complaints from others regarding this company. Had they informed me with ample time (altho yhey said they always wait until 24 hrs to give themselves best chance at finding bookings to avoid cancellation, this would have given me the opportunity to find another tour company. However, they are more interested in trying to see if they can get some last minute bookings, then to try to be respectful for their customers. When I asked if she was on TripAdvisor, she purposely said she wasn’t. And then advised me against writing a bad review I would never ever use this company. There are many other Great companies in tromso. Be sure to find one. Avoid this tour company. If you want to be sure to have an experience without a last-minute cancellation in high season, when it is not possible to find other options.

Dear customer, No company wants to ever have to cancel a tour, this is always the last resource! But since we can not foresee what is about to happen, and we can not predict that much how many guests are coming in, we have to wait for a prudent time in order to decide if we are cancelling or not. I am sure that you preferred having been contacted the day before, since in that way, we were able to offer you to join our tour on the same day of your original booking and also whichever following day that suited you, if you would have accepted the change. As customers you have a cancellation policy and so do we, as an activity provider. And of course, since you could not change the tour, you have been granted a full refund. Thank you for your opinion, it is always highly appreciated to know what our guests and possible guests have to say :)

War in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend

Man wird in einer großen Gruppe ca. 1 Stunde vor Ort gefahren, danach hat man die Möglichkeit so lange man möchte die Rentiere zu füttern. Diese sind in einem Gehege so dass immer viele Tiere auf einem Punkt sind. Anschließend folgt eine Schlittenrunde, die ca. 20 Minuten dauert. Zum Aufwärmen geht es dann weiter in ein Lavvu, wo Rentiereintopf serviert wird und man ein wenig vom Guide über den Samen erzählt bekommt. Alles ganz ok, würde ich aber wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal buchen.

晚上啥都看不见，黑漆漆的拉一圈毫无意义，坐的雪橇还是湿的，体感一点不好

想拍照留念的，晚上觉得啥都拍不出来。

夜晚星空加极光，一排驯鹿拉着你，伴着雪花，完全就是自嗨的想法

Reindeer feeding an Northern lights
Tour very well organised. Left on time and taken to venue. Guides well informed and helpfully. Dinner superb. Fun feed the reindeer. Pity could not going sleighing with reindeer but no snow. Very lucky to see Northern lights. Talk by Sami guide very enlightening

Better weather cancelled the sleigh ride
As the temperature had been 2 degrees we were told the reindeer sleighing was off when we arrived to get the coach, Wettish cloudy weather also ruined our chances of the Northern Lights too! That aside our Sami guide was brilliant, feeding the reindeer was also something else. We booked through trip advisor in the UK but it was (the only thing) cheaper here!
The trip is worth going on, although probably better during the day.

The guide team was enthusiastic, kind, and generous which made the experience so special. It was truly amazing evening that I will never forget! Travelling to and from the site was easy, hassle-free, and convenient. Thank you so much for sharing your food and home with us!
