Our guide Julia was very knowledgeable and kept us involved by asking easy questions. Very thoughtful with breaks and rest time. We learned a lot. Definitely worth it. 👌

Very informative tour. Guide was knowledgeable and accommodating of the fairly large tour group. Venues were pretty crowded in main areas. Wish we had more time to explore on our own.

The history and content of these museums just should be seen at least once in your life. This is the off-season, but the line to get in without the excursion was quite long. Our guide, Sylvia, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even kept track, and when some were overwhelmed and tiring and arranged a nice break. This has been one of the best excursions of this trip.

The tour was great. Very well organized and such great information as we visited each museum and while walking in between the two. While you can do these tours on your own, you can never learn all the information without having the guide. Plus a bonus of skipping the lines. Highly recommend it!

I booked this tour after reading the great reviews but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Our guide was lovely and very informative, and gave us interesting facts about David and other masterpieces, but our actual tour only lasted 2.5 hours, instead of the 4 hours listed in the description, which was certainly not worth $210 AUD per person. We rushed through the Accademia (only spent 30 minutes in the the Gallery) so didn't get to appreciate the rest of the pieces, we had a total of 6 minutes to rush around and view the other artworks which was definitely not enough time. We had more time at Uffizi but this was mainly our own free time after the tour to wander around. Skipping the queues was good but it was low season, so this particular tour was definitely not worth the money considering you can purchase tickets to both galleries with reserved entry for 47 Euro (under $80 AUD).

Dear Valued Customer, Did you make a mistake on this revew.I did a inquiry with the guide and also the other clients as well. We can not finish the tour with 2.5H.They all said tour started at 9AM and ended at 13.45 to 13.50pm at the Uffizi Gallery. Please make sure your information is correct.

Our guide, Steffi, showed us a lot of artwork, sculptures, and sights in less than half a day. We never felt rushed, and had a few windows of free time to explore. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions along the way. We learned so much, and really appreciated the experience!

Rosie is simply the best! She is so thoughtful and thorough. We booked the tour so that we didn’t miss anything on our day trip and she was so good at pointing out all of the important art at each gallery. Her passion and care show!

The tour was very well organized and we covered a lot during our 4 hours together. I had difficulty hearing the guide so I stuck close to her so which seemed to help. Both galleries were very busy with many tour groups streaming through. The highlight of the tour was definitely seeing the David statue in person. We had seen so many photos of it but the actual statue is an amazing creation. The tour ends at the Uffizi gallery which isn't far from Ponte Vecchio if you are interested in continuing your site seeing for the day. Overall a very good tour but a bit long for our liking.

We had a wonderful guide leading us. Very informative, spoke well, gave us lots of information. It was very very busy and she kept an eye on all of us. She even helped non tour people with finding the right entrance. I think it was Katrina ?

When I purchased the tickets the wringer email was sent. So, never received the tickets.

On all the tours we took in Italy we saved our paid email confirmation. It always had the instructions for where to meet along with date and time. Most locations were busy and had more than one tour operator. But they were all helpful.
The tour guides have your tickets to enter any locations listed on your itinerary. they are also good at keeping an eye on the group in large seas of people. But you shouldn’t wander too far from your guide .
The skip the line part of these tours are worth the price alone. But along with that you get insights that walking alone you could easily not catch.

I would suggest checking both adult & child prices with the company as all prices are subject to change
The price we paid could well be different 2 months ago could be different

WE cannot be in Florence for start of tour before 10:00 a,m, Description of tour says 10 a.m.; however, when we put order in cart it says 9 a.m.
We are a minimum of 7 people wanting this tour and perhaps 4 or 5 more in our party.

We booked the 12:15 tour which finished at 16:15
Maybe that time is full on the day you are checking - you could try another day hopefully 12:15 is available
The group size was a maximum of 10 or 12 I believe

Whatever websites you look at that offer guided tours should say which language(s) it is in, or even offer a button to select desired language. Any reputable leading tour company will include the entry tickets in the price of the tour. Or google for a tour including the words "in English".

Our tour was in English. When you look at a description online, click on any button like "Info" or "Show more info". That should show the language(s) available. You may need to begin the booking process and then specify the language you want.
