First visit to Venice so decided to pay for this service.
Good instructions to find the meeting point and staff at desk were helpful.
We were provided with the information of which stop to disembark and a map of how to get to our chosen hotel which was good.
We had a short wait until sufficient numbers for the water taxi were gathered.
Five minute walk onto the departure area and travellers were loaded in reverse order so that drop offs were quick and organised.
Would recommend as an experience and for a first time visitor.

I had pre-purchased by Eur 15 ticket and upon arrival was advised to join one if two lines.
As i was navigating my suitcase to the line, a young male attendant spoke to me harshly wanting to know where i was going. I provided the hotel name. However, he kept repeating drop off point and became very frustrated. I tried to discuss with him what was the issue.
Apparently, you have to observe a tv screen with ports of call. They only stop at Guglil or Rialto Bridge, on one if their boats. I confessed not knowing only that the ticket attendant told me line up accordingly.
Thus young man became indifferent and told me its none if his business if i get onto the wrong taxi?!
After some calming down i was able to get him to help me. The disappointment did not end there!
After a choppy ride to Venice and drop off at Giglil, i was asked to pick up my luggage and was herded off the boat; however, the wheels of my case became entangled in their canopy. I was unable to untangle.The driver, swearing at me in Italian untangled the case and pushed it off the boat, which i was able to catch to prevent falling.
In a service driven city, this treatment was beyond inappropriate and i recommend other single women travellers take caution.

It was a lovely way to arrive in Venice! There were only 2 other people on our boat which was fortunate. We did find it difficult to find ticket office. Basically just follow signs to Water Transport. Out of arrivals, turn left, up escalator and then walk to the far end, following signs for water transport. We were looking for Desk 71 , but you only see that when you find them. Highly recommended way to approach Venice for a first time trip. It was quick and fun and at £27 each, felt fair value for money.

This is not directly the company but more the driver . He was awful , there were 10people on the boat and majority had luggage . There were young children and the driver was angry throwing his phone about ,the buggy nearly went over where he placed it . The boat was stopped on 3 occasions ,awful
Experience arriving in Venice and I will be catching the airport water one for 15 euro instead of having that experience again it took just as long and was a nice experience

Very informative and although there was a ferry strike Rachel made sure to have transport to and from Murano. The glass blowing was neat to see.

Total failure of service.
We were informed when first booked that we would be picked up at our hotel - incorrect!
When we arrived, our hotel contacted the water taxi company direct who confirmed that we would be picked up at the water taxi rank in front of the Vittorio Emanuele II monument at 9am three days later. We arrived at 8.30am. We questioned all arriving taxis - none for us. At 9.15am we phoned the taxi company, to be told we hadn't boarded when it arrived...
Also, Tripadvisor confirmed the day prior to our departure, that an email would be sent to our hotel to advise exact details - incorrect (we contacted our hotel upon arriving home, & they confirmed nothing had been received). Not sure why Tripadvisor couldn't have contacted us direct!
After initially paying £62 for the 2 of us, we had to stump up a further €130 euros for a private water taxi.
N.B. on transfer from airport 3 days before, we had to wait 75mins for our taxi, even though our arrival time was known.
Will certainly think twice before booking with Tripadvisor again.
P.S. I would email this issue directly to Tripadvisor, but they make this very difficult.

DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE. Total fraud.
On the way: wait 40 minutes because the driver wanted to fill his boat and rude driver / despising with us these customers.
Back: it was announced that we would have the information 24 hours before. Saturday morning: nothing. Saturday evening announces that the boat picks me up at 11:45 when the plane took off at 12:30 with luggage drop at 11:35 max. I call the number indicated . Answer: it's too late, call tomorrow at 8:00. Sunday, 8:15, I'm calling. Answer: too soon call at 8:30. I ask that they call him back. No way. How I was getting really annoyed. I took the regular line. Clear hours at 11 and 41 of each hour. 15 €. When I returned to France I wrote an email. Not even an answer. Nada.

The only way to arrive in Venice! Surprisingly choppy but great fun being splashed as we bounced across the waves and the views as you come in to Venice are breathtaking. If you have a hotel on the Grand Canal, as we did, being dropped at your hotel’s private jetty is an added bonus.

A fantastic way to arrive in Venice. Well organised with welcoming staff on the reception desk (Desk 71 upstairs!). We had to wait about 20 minutes to gather a full boatload. Dropped very close to our hotel and provided with a detailed map showing us how to do the short walk the rest of the way. Would certainly choose this arrival method again.

Can you pick up from VCE airport around 11PM to drop off at our hotel's nearest stop "Fondamente Love"? How much is the charge for 2 passengers?

Pricing has increased since my visit in March. It looks like it will be around $110 USD for the taxi ride, but if I remember right, this was for two people. I have no idea if water taxis run as late as 11pm.

My friend and I used two separate taxi services. We took a private water taxi to our hotel and used the larger group taxi service on the return. The private taxi is a wonderful way to "arrive" but you will save a lot of money taking the cheaper water taxi link. The group taxi wasn't that much longer than the private taxi but we were traveling right before Venice really opened back up in late April 2022.

Ask your hotel, but then post their answer to validate their recommendation. They tend to recommend getting to the airport 3 hrs prior to the boarding time. We did not need that much time for our 1030 departure, but we did experience very tight connections in Germany at Frankfurt. We had to show our passports 3 times and people were crying in line at customs because they were missing their connections.

I thought that I had purchased tickets for transfer from Marco Polo Airport on Sunday 6/26, but I do not have a confirmation or tickets. Can you please check for me?
