"Kadek was an excellent guide for our jeep tour. He explained the history and culture of the area in detail, which made the trip even more special. The views of the sunrise were magical. A must-do in Bali!"

The guide was amazing and spoke perfect English. She was very knowledgeable and had a friendly personality and made the tour very interesting. She was excellent!!!

The tour helps you get to know Santiago de Compostela and the history that each of its squares and alleys has. The Guide, Diego, quite nice and colloquial.

Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and spoke fluent English so asking questions was very easy. I would definitely recomend as our guide was also local so able to offer advice on places to visit and places to eat.

Beautiful morning, easy to find guide. Provided with receiver and ear plugs. Audio is horrible. Female guide spoke twice as fast as me and we understood one in every ten words. Total waste of time and walked away after ten minutes.

Hello
We have investigated what happened and we do not quite understand what happened.
The guide, Mireia, is a guide specialized in English speaking tours, and more than 5000 English speaking people have enjoyed her guided tours, which have left extraordinary reviews (as you can check in the Optimus Tours profiles).
We have contacted other people who attended the same tour as you, and they have congratulated us for the level of English, as well as for the knowledge of our colleague.
Maybe there were sound problems with one of the radio guides (which we use to enhance your experience so that the guide does not have to shout and you can all hear even though we are in small groups) and you have not said anything to us.
If this is the case, please let your guide know, and she can replace the device with another one that works properly.
We are sorry you did not enjoy our service.

I live in Santiago De Compostela and had family visit. I knew there would be specific historical information I would not be knowledgeable about. Our guide was wonderful (forgot her name, sorry I'm terrible with names). We took the 10:00am English speaking tour. The tour is a perfect 1 hour time length full of interesting history about the cathedral, architecture, and old town in Santiago. I would highly recommend this as a quick reference point when traveling to Galicia!
