We had a wonderful time with Blandine! She was incredibly patient with our kids and made sure we got to hit all the spots even though we were running a little long. The kids loved all the treats and we got some great history of the city along with tips for other parts of our trip. It was definitely a highlight of our time in Paris for both us and the kids!

Meet the locals provided my family with the BEST tour experiences in Paris. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! Our children will never forget each and every thoughtfully planned out activity that MTL planned for us.

We visited seven sweet shops and each was a delight both to see and to taste. Also the neighborhood was beautiful and a pleasure to walk. Charlotte, our guide, was fabulous with our granddaughter engaging her in finding the shops and teaching her French words, and generally making the tour extra special for her.

My experience with Meet the Locals was excellent and I passionately recommend this group. My grandson’s first visit to Paris was enhanced by their planning and suggestions. Considering the number of days available, Dominique suggested activities with a tailored plan balancing culture and entertainment. Her proposed plan included paid and non-paid options and recommendations for restaurants in the areas we were visiting.
The company was impeccable in keeping us informed, reassuring times and places for pick-up. E-mails 72 hours prior to the event and text/calls!
Our guide, Sebastien, was knowledgeable and had enormous patience answering questions and inquietudes of a 9 years old.
Meet the Locals contributed to a successful journey we expect to repeat with their help!

Choosing a favorite dessert in Paris can be intimidating. My family of 5 had a great time walking through the Latin Quarter sampling some of Paris’ tastiest treats. Some highlights were Marie Antoinette’s favorite chocolatiers, the meringue desserts, and the cream puffs (much better than the cream puffs we get in the USA).
Our guide, Marcela was wonderful with our 10 and 4 year old daughters and so knowledgeable about the history of the Latin Quarter and the establishments we visited.

Romain was kind and entertaining for our 10 and 13 year old sons. We loved eating the various sweets and hearing the history of the shops. A great afternoon in St. Germaine!

Our family had a great time walking the streets of Paris and sampling the fine fare with Tim.
We enjoyed everything we tasted and the knowledge of the history of neighborhoods and the stores themselves.
His food recommendations were all fantastic and the way he engaged with our daughter (8yo) was great!
Would highly recommend this tour.

Our family of 6 (kids ages 10 and 12 and grandparents too) discovered this AMAZING company!! Our flight was delayed so we did not have enough time for the treasure hunt part. But the CHOCOLATE!!! All 6 of us had a wonderful introduction to Paris from our guide, Nathalie. She was kind and knowledgeable and outstanding with the kids. Both kids got to make their own custom
Chocolate bar, which they thought was amazing!! We all loved getting to choose a treat at each stop. We liked it so much that we went back to several of the stops later to purchase more treats! We also have recommended this company and this tour in particular to friends and family directly! Such a fun experience!!

I highly recommend this company. We had 2 excellent experiences. Lola was so warm and funny and did a fantastic job engaging my 12 yo and his hard to please 10 year old brother. We also did family photo shoot with Fred - ages 10-70 - he’s a hoot and we got some fantastic memories of our trip.
Highly recommend! I’d book this company again in a heartbeat! 5 stars!!

We absolutely loved our tour with Lola!! She was so kind and friendly and we loved all of the history and information that she told us along the way. Our kids (12 and 9) were fully engaged the whole time and they enjoyed the tour as much as we did. We also loved all of the tastings. Such a wonderful variety and everything was so delicious. Highly recommend this tour!!

Hi! It might be a little long, but the Company is more than happy to work with you. I think we did about 8 stops which was a lot. They would probably be just fine with 4 - 6 stops.

Hello! My name is Allison and I am wondering if this tour could be "customized" for my Mother's 75th birthday? We will be in Paris June 13-15 and my Mom loves bakeries and pastries. There will be 5 of us - 4 adults and one 15 year old. Do you think this would be an appropriate tour or is it actually designed more for children. Thank you in advance for your time. Allison

Yes the tours can be customized for birthday celebrations! It is originally designed for children but can be adapted to anyone as it's a private tour :=)
