The experience was simply outstanding and the services offered by Bintan Komodo tours was superlative. The boys on board were very good and snorkeling guidance was safe, fantastic. Overall it was very satisfactory and the sights were to die for. The company and crew deserve accolades for a superb experience that was safe, pleasurable and one to remember for many lives. Highly recommended!

Wow! There is a reason Bintang tours is rated so highly on TripAdvisor. This trip was so well thought out. The driver picked us up from our hotel in the morning. The stops we saw and the order we saw them in were perfect: strenuous hike first thing, then the pink beach to chill out, then a tour of Komodo to see the dragons (our park guides were also fantastic), then lunch, then swimming at a sandbar, and snorkeling at three spots.
At every step of the way, the guides were there to help. When we had to wade into the water to get to shore, they held out a helping hand, and even provided a bucket of water to wash the sand off our feet.
Every time we were tired, they gave us a snack (watermelon, sweet buns). They helped us get used to the snorkeling gear. They supervised all of us in the water to make sure we were safe and never drifting with the current.
For the lunchbox, I needed a gluten free meal and they delivered. Once you pay, they contact you and ask you to submit your information, including dietary needs to them before the trip. I will stress that you should communicate your needs in Bahasa Indonesian (I used the same phrases on some of the online Celiac translation cards), not just English. This is what I did and it worked out perfectly.
Fortunately, I don't usually get sick from cross-contamination or cross-contact and I think there may have been some, but I did not get glutened. Lunch was rice, vegetables seasoned with garlic, and chicken in an oily sauce. It was delicious and the portions were generous.
We had an amazing time - I recommend choosing this tour company for the excellent sites and services they provide!

This trip was the best of my life…. just a dream. The organization at a very high level, enough time at all the described locations and very lucky to see 6 dragons and 4 manta rays. The guide knew what to do and took care of everyone throughout the day. I highly recommend!

This was my first time snorkeling and I loved it! It was a dream for us to see Komodo Dragon and we saw an adult male, female, and 3 year old. Great time, life time experience. Highly recommend.

Organised from booking, asking for fin size and any allergies. Was picked up from my hostel and taken to the boat. The boat is a small speed boat, does the job! The crew were lovely and the tour was very well organised! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and the snorkelling with 15+ manta rays definitely made the whole day worth while! Only thing I would note is that there was no chance to relax on the boat as there wasn’t anywhere to do so other than the seats. But overall a very nice experience that I would recommend to others :)

The views were so incredible and the tour was very well organised! The 5.30am start time felt like it would be hard work but boy was it worth it. The guides were all super friendly and helpful with taking photos and explaining all the viewpoints we visited - they couldn’t do enough for us! I am so glad I booked in on this tour … potentially the highlight of my time out here in Indonesia!

Nothing but good things to say. Friendly & helpful crew, beautiful views, lots of wildlife. We saw dragons and mantas as well as turtles. The wakeup time might feel awful, but it’s totally worth it as we beat the crowds to each location.

I'm finding komodo tour agency for 1 day trip including padar island and pink beach.
My wish date is 06 august or 10 august.
I'm stay in labuanbajo form 06 august to 10 august.
Yes, i wanna go tour in the 1st day or the last day.
So i have some restriction.
Case1) go tour in 8/6
>> i will arrive to labuanbajo at 08:25 am
Case2) go tour in 8/10
>> i will depart from labuanbajo at 17:20 pm
For me, case1) is a better.
● If it is possible, i wanna go tour in the 1st day.
● We are two people. And we don want private tour.
● I really want to visit padar island and pink beach.
Like this, i have two option. In this case, do you have tour package for me?

Hi there,
I am looking to book a group of 9 to go to Komodo Island in 18/11/2022 but i have read that the park entrance fees may be increased now and that tours are going on strike? can you tell me if this true or if the old entry fees will be in effect in November?

I went on the tour mid-August 2022 and the entry fees were the old ones following a reversal by the policy makers due to the strikes. All news outlets currently confirm that the entree fees are remaining at their old prices until end of December 2022. As of be January 2023 they'll be at the new higher prices.
