- 313janef00游玩体验超赞的！！参加这游船可真是感受这些瀑布的力量的最佳方式。我们刚开始的时候就站在下游的地方欣赏，感觉可壮观了。我手机上带了个防水套，然后我把这儿的美景都录了下来（我也建议你带个防水套来）。我游玩的时候穿着这儿提供的斗篷，因为我不喜欢戴上兜帽，所以刚开始的时候身体还是被从衬衣淌下来的水给打湿了。如果你来到这地方只体验一个活动的话，那就快来这体验游船吧。

Unfortunately as this company appear to have the monopoly on this type of cruise from the Canada side, what they offer is pretty poor. When I booked this trip it suggested that drinks would be available on board and that there was seating but there were neither. There were some places to sit (very limited) but they were not seats. The information clearly states this is an accessible activity but for anybody with mobility issues there is a fair amount of walking. Before attempting the walk we enquired what sort of assistance would be available and were met with a shoulder shrug and ‘you can get a wheelchair at the bottom’. When we were at the bottom and were looking to come back up and sought to access to the wheelchair we were told it was for emergencies only which left us in a pickle. We did eventually get a wheelchair but nobody was particularly helpful and nobody really seemed to know what was going on or whether they could help. I should say that I had emailed the company a week prior with an enquiry about accessibility and didn’t receive a response I also tried to call a couple of times but to no avail. I have to agree with others in terms of the fact the fireworks were great (albeit nothing to do with this company) and it was good to watch from the boat but I think if you are travelling with elderly or less mobile people it’s important to note that there is a bit of walking to be done (which on the way down isn’t too bad but on the way back is quite difficult), there is limited space to sit and no proper ‘seats’, there isn’t a protected indoor area and there were no refreshments available altho’ there were restrooms. If you’re on the fireworks tour as we were everything is closed as you exit so no possibility of buying a souvenir or even a bottle of water. All in all this wasn’t a terrible trip but could have been so much better and I think the company take advantage of having the monopoly.

The boat is the exact one we did our falls cruise during the day. If you are not up front, you can not see the full affect of the light/fireworks. Much better view to stay on land. Boat was crowded as during the day, you got just as wet as during the day. We were lead to believe you could stay inside to see the show. If you did, you saw nothing. There was no place on boat to buy a cocktail. We only saw the colored light on the falls when we were turning to leave. I’m sure those few people upfront had a fabulous view like the description of this experience

Jika ingin punya pengalaman dihujani air terjun niagara, naiklah hornblower. meskipun tidak sangat dekat tetapi dalam jarak kurang lebih 100 meter dari titik jatuhnya air merupakan pengalaman yang luar biasa. Meskipun tidak kena langsung tetapi kena cipratan air itu sudah basah kuyup.

Wir sind Anfang Oktober bei bestem Wetter aufs Boot. Aufgrund der Nebensaison waren die Wartezeiten an der Kasse und beim Bootzugang relativ kurz. Obwohl man die Wasserfälle auch kostenlos von oben sehen kann, ist eine Fahrt mit dem Boot unbedingt zu empfehlen,um diesem beeindruckenden Naturschauspiel gerecht zu werden. Wir haben die Tour mit unserem 8 Monate alten Baby gemacht. Der Kinderwagen konnte außerhalb des Bootes abgestellt werden und der kleine Mann kam samt rotem Plastikumhang in die Trage. Auch mit Baby absolut empfehlenswert.

We were weighing up Maid of the Mist (US side) and Hornblower (Canada side) and went with Hornblower which seemed the general preference from reviews. In contrast, we did Cave of the Winds US side (excellent) instead of Journey Behind the Falls Canada side (looked ok, but not as 'interactive' with the water!)
Boat was good size and view 'on top' good all round - also seemed good from 'main deck' and you benefit from the cover. You do probably get a lot wetter on the top deck, but it was great fun!
We just had iPhones for cameras and they did get wet - but keeping them under the capes as much as possible and wiping with a towel seemed to do the trick. Do though take a waterproof cover if you have chance to get one beforehand.

It is beautiful and so close to the Falls! We were right in between in the Hornblower and they give you rain ponchos because you will get wet! But so worth it. This was an experience of a lifetime. Also was included in our VIP PLUS package.

A two day stay on the last leg of the vacation, we had a pre booked tour as part of the tour package and this was one of the most awesome sight to see, to travel to the foot of the fall in a boat is a special experiance, i can only describe it as being in a storm, the wind and spray created was unbelievable so glad the video turned out, truly a sight to remember and a must do if you get the chance.

The falls at night are spectacular, once in a lifetime experience (unless you do it twice obviously) well worth the money. The fireworks were just an added bonus

We also bought tickets in advance and while there is a waiting period (and lines) once we boarded it was beautiful! The mist coming off the falls and the full moon made it so memorable. And though you get a little wet it isn’t nearly as much as the regular Hornblower tour into the falls! The fireworks only last about ten minutes but they take you up and down the river, finally stopping to afford the best view. The ride down to the boat and back on the funicular only added to the experience. Like everyone says, get the Adventure pass! You’ll save money even if you don’t do all the attractions included.

You will get wet if you're outside. That's why they give you the plastic covers to wear. It's not a flood, so you don't need rubber boots, but you will get wet.

Actually, it departs from and stays on the Canadian side. I believe you need a valid passport to cross the border.
