The excursion was well organized from the beginning. The tour guide Orette picked us up at the port terminal as agreed and drove us to the River Falls. During the trip he told us many things about Jamaica. At the River Falls, he took us to the starting point and then waited out of the parking lot for us to return. Admission was included in the price. Afterwards he drove us to the Blue Hole and also told us information about Jamaica during the trip. At the Blue Hole he also took us to the starting point and there we were taken over directly by a guide who accompanied us at the Blue Hole. Everything included in the price. We had no waiting times and were then taken back to the port by Orette. It all fit perfectly and we can definitely recommend the tour.

The Blue hole and Dunns river falls were amazing. The views were beautiful and the water felt amazing. We also had amazing tour guides. Just be ready to do some hiking to get to the views.

Orette was our driver. He was very kind and personable, giving us information and answering our questions. The van was very nice and comfortable. The waterfalls were amazing. Definitely need water shoes and a waterproof bag/phone case. You will be CLIMBING those falls. The blue hole was not "blue" for us due to the recent rain. Just means we will have to go back!

We had an amazing experience! Our driver was extremely helpful and shared plenty of valuable tips and insights for our trip. The highlight for my kids was definitely the Blue Hole — they loved jumping in! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

The tour was great. At the Blue Hole our guides were Romaine and Kevonne. They were extremely well versed in nagivating the falls of the Blue hole. They helped each of us in the group and made us feel safe. They took great videos for us. At Dunns River falls, our guide Melbourne and photographer/videographer Curtis helped us climb the falls safely and provided great photo and video opportunities. Definitely a great tour.

This is a must do tour. Dunns river was really cool and you feel really accomplished getting to the top of it. Be ready to pay $40 if you want the photographer package. Tami was amazing and made us feel safe!
The blue hole was amazing! I've never seen water like it! There are some fun jumps to do if you're up for the challenge!

Kool Jamaica tours were very good with their communication. Our driver Orrette was amazing, gave us a complete run down about the country and offering us so much information. Orrette was very professional but fun and the tour is one I would highly recommend.

Blue hole is fantastic! We stayed in St. Louis. Ann, so a short drive to Blue hole and Dunn’s. Our driver was friendly, played delicious reggae on the way and had a chat with us. He picked up two other families and then we moved on. We stopped first at Blue hole, wow, what a paradise place! A super friendly Guide named Dave guided us throughout the area with various waterfalls and nature springs. Beautiful to see. At several waterfalls we swam, jumped off a cliff and embraced the tropical adventure. We enjoyed drinks / cocktails that we could buy between the falls. Then we went to Dunn’s river falls. There we had very nice views of the sea. From there we started the climb up the plateaus. Very impressive, but beware: some places are really slippery and some stones in the water are not clearly visible so several people have fallen ugly. As far as I'm concerned, the climb was too much of the same. After a few plateaus you would have seen it, so the full climb is not worth it. The view of the sea and the beach was beautiful to see.

It was indeed a wonderful experience. The tubing was a great experience—not scary at all!!! After the water draft, you can jump to the falls. They have two options: a tall jump and a smaller one for chickens like me. At the end, you can use the rope swing to jump onto the water once again. Excellent is an understatement. Bring your water camera. Very worth it! Danette, our tour guide, was beyond a pleasure. I highly recommend this tour.

Hi, my husband and I have water-resistant sport sandals. Would those be okay to wear for this excursion or do we need to get closed-toe water shoes?

Imagine rock climbing going up a cliff but in a river. These rocks can be slippery and it’s not an even flat floor. The current will snatch your sandals in a heartbeat, then you will be all day walking on rocks and pebbles barefooted. Closed toe water shoes with a good rubber bottom is a must in my opinion. I would not climb those boulders any other way.

We are a group of 6, potentially more.
We would love to book this tour for a pick up at 10.30am on Thursday 7th July 2022 from FALMOUTH CRUISE PORT!
Would this work out for us to be back by 3.30pm?
We are happy to spend less time in each location no problem as i understand it is a bit of a distance away. Thank you
