Service was great! We quickly got through the line and made it to club Mo Bay. We seated quickly and served right away. We will always book for a return flight!

As a veritable oasis from the normal hustle and bustle of international travel at the airport, Club Mobay is a welcome respite with friendly welcoming staff who are always helpful and genuinely sincere in helping you with any questions you may have. The atmosphere is nice, with comfortable seating, plenty of charging options for your gadgets and attentive wait staff for drinks. The food options are tasty and enough to fill you up, or just tide you over, with a taste of Jamaican cuisine till next visit.

Arrival was great. We were whisked through quickly.
Departure was pleasant as well although because it was busy, there were challenges in keeping food restocked . They should do better in that department.

Mobay made the arrival go smoothly they helped you with customs and if anything was not exactly as it should be with any paper work they help you get it fixed and you on your way quickly. The help of the Mobay club made sure any stress due to not knowing was a non issue. Would definitely use them everytime.

Service was excellent! The buffet was wonderful for our flight heading home. Our flight was delayed and that made it much more enjoyable.

This was my first experience with Club Mobay and it was awesome. Having Club Mobay made it a breeze to get through customs when entering and leaving Jamaica. I didn't have a chance to see the The Club Mobay lounge in the arrival area, but the upstairs departure lounge was very spacious making it a great place to relax. It has a bar, great food and great staff. You can hear the flight departure announcements, so no worries about missing your flight. You must check it out!

Upon arrival at MBJ airport, I realized my flight was delayed by one hour and a half to Toronto. Thank you, Dan, from Visit Jamaica for sharing access to the Club Mobay Priority Pass. The VIP lounge is a fabulous place to relax and grab something to eat while waiting for my flight. Congratulations to the Club Mobay Sangster Airport staff for their hospitality. Soon come =)

My experience with Club Mobay was overall good. This was my second trip to Jamaica, first time using Club Mobay. We were met upon arrival and taken through the airport very quickly. The agent we were paired with was friendly, however she almost immediately brought up US Politics. It was clear that myself and my boyfriend did not want to discuss politics, but she continued to interrogate us on our stance/who we voted for until we were picked up by our transfer. It was extremely uncomfortable, we felt very unwelcomed, and it was not the best start to our vacation. However, our experience with Club Mobay for depature was wonderful. Access to the lounge was amazing compared to the option of waiting at the gate. We will definitely book again for depature but may hold off on arrival service.

The new lounger at MB is wonderful....very large and spacious. The food was excellent along with our Shontal. Will book again!

Best place to wait in the airport. Free food and drinks. Great service (thanks Nicole!) Separate facilities for those with children. Very clean restrooms. Best of all-fast tract through security. No standing in long lines. Easily hear when your flight is called. Worth every penny

We are flying first class, do we get access to the club Mobay lounge, based on a first class ticket? Like the other lounges in the states?

I believe Mobay is a separate thing and you will have to purchase access. I recommend going on line and purchasing your tickets before hand as it fills up fast.

Not a big deal. It took me a couple tries to get confirmation but when I arrived the kiosk that reads the form wasn’t working so we had to give the info orally to customs. Just took a couple extra minutes. We had escort from Club Mobay but there wasn’t much of a line anyway. Bottom line it’s not going to be a problem.

We are staying at Sandals which has its own arrivals lounge while waiting for transport, can you use the service to get through immigration faster and go to the sandals lounge instead, since that is where you get your bus to the resort?

Yes, we stay at Couples and use Club Mobay and they take you to your hotels lounge to sign in and then to the Club mobay lounge if you choose to. Your hotel will come find you when your bus is ready if you are at the CM lounge. Works great.

They should be able to have one waiting for you, plus the airlines usually will have someone to help you get off the plane. As for the fast track immigration, being in a wheelchair won’t hinder that.
Totally worth it.
