James did a great job in driving me around the outskirt of Taipei. I requested for a customized tour as I intended to visit less crowded places on Sunday. James is very knowledgeable and drove me to places like Shifen waterfall, Pingxi Station, Golden Waterfall, and Tofu Street. He recommended Ah Zhu Seafood for lunch which was delicious. James even offered helped to take photos during the journey. Overall, it was a great trip. Keep up the good work James!

Hicks is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and pleasant person to be with. His knowledge about history, food and places is just amazingly. I will highly recommend him.

Vincent and Tokuya gave us a memorable day trip to Taipei and Jiufen. They made us feel comfortable throughout, considered our elderly parents and were flexible with our schedule. We never felt rushed and were very knowledgeable of the areas. It was really great service and I would recommend them to those considering a trip to Taiwan.

Hicks Wang was an amazing tour guide for Taipei. The day we spent with him went by far too quickly and we enjoyed every minute. Good mix of city, culture and nature

Das war ein super Tag. Vincent hat uns direkt am Ausgang das Hafens abgeholt und dann ging es direkt nach Taipeh. Er hat uns die highlights gezeigt und ist auch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. wir durften kulinarische Spezialitäten kennen lernen. Mit dem Van war es außerordentlich bequem. Vincent war brutal hilfsbereit und hat sicher 100 Fotos von den besten Plätzen gemacht. Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Tag mit einem Abschluss in Keelung.

Just did private tour with Yolo Taiwan. If all operators like Steven Huang, then makes life soooooo much easier. First he picked us up at port of the Westerdam, apologized many many times for making us wait, except we were 30 min early so not even necessary. Then told us to wait for car while he went to pick up and tried to open door for us but we’re so not use to that. We are D.I.Y…..people. Mo meed to be like formal chaffeur. Then taylored day according to our wishes…. First was the Geo park which was great. Natural wonders created by science. Went through section one by one, explained everything in great detail and knew exact places for perfect pictures. Then went out of his way because we requested Ju ming park because we saw on youtube Vlog. Was alot of traffic because national holiday to celebrate ancestors. Led us in, do the museum as we pleased while he waited paitiently sitting in the lobby. Then he took us to Jufen old street. Place was absolutely packed because of holiday, weekend and day of perfect weather after week of nonstop dreary rain. Went far away to park his car then walked all the way back. Showed us main areas of historical value, places for great pictures, and then great recommendations on all the shops with what they are known for. Had about w hrs left and said we are ready to go back to port. He made sure we didnt have anywhere else to go. He was the most respectful knowledge profeesional guide weve ever ever had! Been on over 50+ tours and cant say enough about Steven. If we can take him with us, we would. This review is probably an underestimate of how much we appreciated Steven and his professionalism and knowledge and kindness… He is the absolut best. If tour anywhrere with Yolo Taiwan would request him as a pre requisite. You wont be disappointed with Steven! 5👍👍👍👍👍 x 100….

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund. Yolo tour is a very reliable company and we will never hesitate to do business with them if we ever visit Taiwan and we strongly recommend this tour operator for your private excursion in Taipei..

Vincent is THE BEST! My parents, brother, sister in law, husband and I took a short trip to Taiwan in November. My parents are from here but it's been a long long time since my brother and I had been there. We spent the day sightseeing/eating/adventuring with Vincent. He knows everything very well and took us on a wonderful tour around Taipei. He is clearly very educated on the things that he shows us and we began to feel like Vincent was part of our family showing us around. He has got a great positive attitude and is very flexible in working with us throughout the day. Not to mention - his English is terrific! I would very HIGHLY recommend scheduling time with Vincent!

We booked ahead before visiting Taipei in October 2019. Yolo provided an excellent level of communication and we were in no doubt as to pickup and all aspects of the tour.
Initially unsure as to what we actually wanted to see, we left our destinations up to our driver and tour guide, known as Double. And Double provided all the answers.
By the time we had finished and returned to Keelung where our cruise ship was berthed, we had seen sights we didn't expect and we were more than satisfied. It took 8 hours and it is highly recommended.

Vinvent brought us around on the last day of our stay in Taiwan. In the short time that he brought us around till our flight at the airport, Vincent showered us with exceptional service and care especially for my elderly mum. He is to speak several languages and dialects which was a plus for my mum and I as we don't speak a lot of mandarin.
Will definetely look for Vincent again when we visit Taiwan again.
