Really good tour service. Simon was our tour guide and he's knowledgable and very helpful. He even took many photos of us on his phone and later send them to us.

On my second day in Taipei, I had the pleasure to meet Steven (Yolo), who took my on this tour to northern Taiwan to New Taipei City. We stopped at the Sheifen Waterfalls (gorgeous) and Juifen City, a former gold mining town that is now a touristic attraction. We also stopped at Pingxi City for my own personal Sky Lantern experience, a must if you visit this part of the world. Only three places allow this experience, and Shifen is one of them. Steven was careful, helpful, protective, and an excellent guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone staying in Taipei for a couple of days. And maybe Steven will be your guide!

Tony was great! We've had multiple trips with tourguides but he is absolute the best!

Tony Kuo is the man! We enjoyed his tour. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He is also a photographer and took great photos of us for keepsake. He knows the area well. We did a lot of walking and he was able to give us pointers and history of Taiwan. We enjoyed his tour and the full day tour (we did both tours on different days) we want to go back and take the kids.

Highly recommended! This is a wonderful tour that gives you more than enough time to experience all three places without having to rush. Our fantastic guide, Allen, was very knowledgeable and spoke all three languages - Chinese, English, and Japanese - that my partner and I share in common! One tip: To avoid large crowds, go on a weekday, in the morning if you can.

If you take a tour our driver and guide Tim C. was the right guy to lead the way, an experienced guide not just from TA/Yolo Taiwan but from other companies. To be clear this is a private car with a driver as a tour guide. We were fortunate to have a person that could discuss temple cultural construction, the recession economy of the country, K-Drama, good Taiwanese restaurants, taxis versus Uber in Taipei, impact of Japanese ruling Taiwan, history of the sites we visited and all this as we took our tour to the Shifen waterfalls, sky Pingxi lantern event and Jiufen the old town for shopping. On the way home we made a short stop at the shoreline to see if run off from the storm had changed the color of the inlet. A clean and comfortable Toyota RAV 4, air conditioning fully functional and Tim had access to all of the well located parking spaces. I would recommend taking the tour in the morning, we started at 8AM from downtown Taipei and Tim was waiting in front of our hotel. It took about 45 minutes to reach our first stop of the waterfalls. Note that we arrived at the sites with predominately locals visiting on site since it was in the morning. We seem to arrive at each stop before the tour buses which can be a totally different environment. This tour is a good blend of nature, culture and shopping all completed in the 5-6 hour period.

This was our favorite activity during our trip to Taiwan! One of the best parts was our driver, Mr. Wang, who ensured we had a great time every step of the way. Awesome tour, great sites, delicious food, and personable company.

We had a very good experience. Our guide Vincent was excellent and well prepared for us. He brought umbrellas and fans which were very useful since it was so hot and humid. He was very knowledgeable and a great photographer. This trip is a must do if you are visiting Taiwan. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful tour...the villages are so quaint not far from Taipe! Alan our guide was fantastic with great energy. He also took us to his secret spot thru a cave for a lovely dinner. Thank you Alan...Yulan!
